Catch of the Day was an excellent little cabin. I booked that cabin and family booked two other cabins and when they visited us, we were told our cabin was nicer that theirs! It was super comfortable for my daughter and I with plenty of room to stretch out. Bonus for the washer/dryer to not have to do laundry when getting home.

The view was absolutely amazing, the cabin was clean, beds were super comfortable. We did have to call maintenance 3 times due to the downstairs toilet leaking & the hot tub jets not working the first time we used it, but other than that we had an amazing time.

This is our second time in this cabin! We love the views! The washer does not work we found that out the hard way someone was working on the cabin during our stay we didn't care! They were super nice! we love it here! The view and value of the cabin is unbeatable could use some fixing as far as the exterior porch and the washer other than that we will definitely be back!

Easy to find and gorgeous view. Cabin was very clean. Where we needed to park was kind of a pain but other wise was great.

We stayed in Catch of the Day from 7/13 to 21. The cabin inside was very clean upon arrival. I brought my own pots and pans but the cabin did have some available. It had everything needed to prepare a meal including bbq utensils and a lighter for the grill. We enjoyed grilling and did this a lot! The grill was clean and in very good condition, a plus! The porch has rocking chairs but they were dirty and covered in bat droppings. I do love bats but there is an issue with them living in the roof above the rockers. I did report this to staff. The pool table needs some attention and the sticks need to be replaced. The pool table is a tight fit and it was difficult to play with certain angles. The arcade was lots of fun! The washer spin cycle didn't work well and there was a leak in the roof in the bathroom upstairs, this was reported to staff. You're in the woods so be prepared to see some wood roaches here and there, nothing major. We had that problem as well in our last cabin rental in VA. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean. We did not see any bears during our stay :( I slept well but my husband found the bed to be too firm. Overall, we like the location of Sherwood Forest Resort and would definitely return.

The cabin was beautiful and clean with amazing views we really enjoyed our stay. The only issues were no motion light when you come out of cabin to where vehicle is parked very dark could easily run right into a bear and not even see it! Which thankfully that did not happen and mattresses were not very comfortable very firm but if you like firm then it's totally up your alley. But overall very nice .

We really enjoyed Catch of the Day cabin. Sherwood Forest resort is conveniently located and super nice. Our view from this cabin was outstanding. Looking out over the mountains with a cup of coffee was a morning ritual for us. We saw a beautiful bear walking through the resort on our last day. We would definitely stay here in the future. Everything worked and the beds were divine. I do not have a single complaint about this cabin or Cabins USA. We have used this company for 15 years and will continue to do so. Thank You for a fantastic vacation.

This is the 2nd time in the past six months that we have stayed with Cabins USA. Both times we have had minor issues with our cabins. The check in and check out is great and the rates are comparable to other companies. The first time they worked to correct the issues while we were there and were in contact with us about the issues before and after our stay. This time we contacted maintenance and left a message, never received a return call. So we went to online chat and were told a tech order was put in...still no response. The next day reached out again through the chat and the customer service rep would not even respond to the chat. The last night of our stay the maintenance guy showed up at 10:30pm to work on the washer and look at the tub. Thanks for checking it out after we had packed to leave the next morning. I know every business is hurting for help but at least a return call to let us know that they are so backed up that you won't be able to get to it or something. Showing up last minute after bedtime on the last night of the stay is not good customer service. I am really disappointed - we really loved the location and the cleanliness this time was awesome but their maintenance dept and customer service once they have gotten your payment could use some improvement.

Great location and awesome views! The cabin was clean and comforting. The jacuzzi tub and washer could use some maintenance with functionality, but a great stay overall. Excellent views from the cabin while still being in close proximity to attractions and hiking trails

This cabin was perfect for my girls trip with my sister and niece. Such beautiful views in the morning and very quiet. I would stay here again if the cabin is open on my next visit.

The view was absolutely gorgeous! The cabin was perfect! The trip was fantastic we will definitely be booking again!

This is a nice cabin with a nice view, but the next cabin took up three parking spots so I had to navigate them and had to back down the narrow drive. So not a lot of parking for a two level cabin. There are many cabins close together as well so we had rude neighbors who had too much to drink that sounded a if they were in our bedroom. Also i notified the staff that both fireplaces didn't work but they didn't fix them. My dad is elderly so the fireplace would have helped as he was cold constantly. Maintenance was at the next cabin so don't know why they didn't come by to fix that.

Beautiful cabin and location, will stay here again.

Catch of the Day was a wonderful cabin! It was decorated for fall and very cute. It had a beautiful view! We will definitely come back to this cabin again. Very clean! The owners have done an awesome job decorating this cabin! Thank you for sharing your cabin with us!

Cabins USA really needs to update the pictures. The owners have done an amazing job on this cabin. There is new flooring and kitchen countertops. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door. The owners had put out all kinds of fall decor. It felt very warm and cozy. The view is amazing. We spent a lot of time just sitting in the rockers on the front deck. We had several bear encounters, knocked over the trash several times, but that comes with the territory. It was definitely hard to leave....

Our only issue was the keypad. The instructions didn't say anything about the check mark following the code, so we ended up having to call for help the very first time we tried. Perhaps adding that into the check-in instructions would've cleared that up.

We've stayed in a lot of cabins but this was one of our very favorites. The cabin is beautiful. The fall decor was beautiful. The view was awesome. We would and will book again. We even got to see a bear the last day which made us very happy as our streak for bear sightings was on the verge of ending.

My husband and I beoufht his mom and Dad with us for a vacation. The cabin was great with breath taking views. The inside of the cabin served all our needs. My husband loved the game room on the second floor. We used the hot tub every night after coming home from being out all day. The only 3 things that need to be fixed would be the TV that is upstairs did not working. My husband tried plugging everything in but we still couldn't get it to work. The second thing was the light above the bathroom on the second floor the bulb needs to be changed. The last thing the grill outside needs to be cleaned, we tried to grill out but it was too dirty. I will definitely stay at this cabin again.

Second time staying in the cabin. Great view and easy to find. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work, and we were all looking forward to using it. The frying pans are in horrible shape and need to be replaced immediately, they are black and have no coating. Everything we tried to cook didn't work so well. The cabin could use a good cleaning with dusting especially. The tub downstairs would leak water constantly. The TV downstairs was all scratched up like someone took a knife to it. The beds were comfortable, and the view is nice. Plenty of chairs outside to sit on and enjoy the view.

This was our second year in a row staying in the catch of the day cabin it is nice and is fairly easy too get too off the parkway. My few complaints are none of the lights on the back deck by the hot tub worked so we had to use lights on our phones to see to take and put back on the cover for the hot tub I checked the bulbs and they was good so it's an electrical issue and the television in the down stairs bedroom doesn't work and it's not worked both times we have stayed in the cabin I called the office and they said someone would be out to fix it and never showed up either time we stayed . The television is a minor detail as we don't come too the mountains too watch television but it's nice too have that option for the kids but the electrical issue with the lights that's a must fix before someone trip's and gets hurt in the dark or worse yet something happens too the cabin

Wonderful cabin with great views! Nice pool. Everything was clean! A few things: could use more paper towels and garbage bags. Also a bad storm knocked out the lights and rope lights the last night of our stay (all lights went out but everything else came back on). More of an FYI than anything. We will be back again!

The cabin we stayed at was in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. You can sit out and listen to the birds

The cabin was exactly what we needed for our getaway. Kind of like the three bears, not too big, not too small. Just right. The location of the property was great too with just a short drive to all of the food locations in Pigeon Forge. The hot tub worked great and was a nice place to finish out after a day of hikes and walking. The beds were comfortable and everyone had something to keep them occupied when we were just laying around. Will definitely look at this cabin the next time we come up.

I loved staying at Catch of the Day! It was such a cozy cabin, with blankets everywhere and two fireplaces. The game room upstairs was great--really enjoyed the trip down memory lane with the arcade games like Pac-Man and Frogger. We didn't end up using the hot tub outside because the weather was too chilly but I did like that there was a jacuzzi tub in the main bedroom upstairs to help my aching back. Bonus: If you have anyone with you who can't climb stairs, the cabin is on ground level so people with walkers or wheelchairs can get into the cabin just fine and enjoy the main level with no issues. It is not a fully equipped handicapped cabin, but it turned out to work very well for my dad who is recovering from knee surgery. He was able to walk straight into the cabin with no problem. The view from the cabin is gorgeous and there a four rocking chairs on the porch where you can enjoy the sunrise or sunset. This is actually my favorite cabin I've stayed in so far, and I've stayed in at least six others. Oh yeah, this cabin has a Keurig, so no need to bring your own (can't live without my coffee pods LOL). Go ahead and book your stay here. You won't regret it!

Have been using Cabins USA since 2016. Have always been pleased with everything from check in to check out.Cabins always clean, decorated nicely and unique.

The cabin was beautiful. We had no problems getting into the cabin. It was stocked with all we needed. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The fireplaces didn't work so that was a disappointment but not a huge deal. The view was perfect! The setting was serene. I was looking forward to a cup of coffee while sitting in a rocking chair looking at the mountains and that is exactly what I got! We had two teenagers and one two year old in the cabin and they all loved it. The only downside was when we arrived the sleeper sofa was broken. I called twice to have it fixed but had to leave a message and never got a call back. Wasn't a huge deal since we didn't need it. The location was perfect! It was up the mountain enough to get great views but not too far up to cause travel issues. Overall, I would certainly stay here again.

The USA Cabin team was awesome as usual & The Catch of the Day cabin was amazing!! The snow falling in the mountains was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing!!
Can't wait to visit again!!

The directions we received by email was confusing and it took us a while to find our cabin. The cabin is absolutely beautiful. The only complaint we have is there wasnt enough towels and there wasnt very much kitchen items. Other than those 2 small things we loved our stay.

A magical heavenly stay

Cabin was absolutely gorgeous. Location was amazing. We only had a very short stay while passing thru - but hope to be back again. Had a little trouble finding the property as our GPS kept losing signal ... but I cannot say enough about the cabin and the property. Truly an amazing experience.

The location was pretty great, the view was beautiful, the furniture was nice but not the most comfortable. The cabin could have been a lot cleaner, really. The trash build up by all the trash cans on the way to the cabin was horrible. The kids enjoyed the games upstairs and all in all it was a great trip so really don't want to complain too much. Just would have liked to have seen our cabin and the nearby outside area/cabins kept up and cleaner than it was. I know you guys probably don't have full control over the other cabins/trash, it's just a turn off to see it every time you come and go.

This is now my favorite cabin in the area! Amenities were great, nice game room and hot tub. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. View was amazing! Can't be beat. We really appreciated the owner's personal touches (i.e. book of local recommendations, walking sticks, and a guest log).

We loved everything about our stay. It was a grandmother, daughter and granddaughters girl's getaway. The cabin was perfect, the view was spectacular, the proximity to everything was amazing! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Catch of the day was a beautiful cabin with amazing views. It was the perfect place for myself and my husband to celebrate his 50th birthday. We have stayed at several cabins and this was by far the cleanest and the one with an amazing view. We loved it and will definitely recommend and be back ourselves.

This place is very nice, the only problem was that the upstairs toilet was leaking onto the floor and there was a urine smell constantly so we shut the door and didn't use the bathroom. We did not report the problem and on the third night of our stay a man showed up late, around 9:00 p.m. to fix the leaky toilet. My daughter was upstairs asleep, so we asked him to do it a different day. Obviously they knew the toilet was leaking so I wish they would have fixed it before we came. Not a big deal for us because we know things happen and are adjustable people. Everything else was great!

My family stayed in the cabins for 3 days and 2 nights. The cabin was clean, comfortable and the mountain views were awesome! We even saw a bear walking across our driveway, which was awesome and terrifying at the same time. We grilled out on the propane grill which was clean and had a full tank. The cabin is located just minutes from town. We would definitely stay again.

We loved this cabin so much! The beds were so comfortable and everything was so clean and updated. We loved the fireplace and used it quite often. The game room was super cool especially the barrel games. Our view was breathtaking from the cabin and they had so many windows to be able to see it with tons of natural light. The only thing that was a little scary was the steep drive up there. We did have snow thankfully the roads didn't ice but it's something they don't tell you about ahead of time is that the roads are very very steep including the driveway to the actual cabin. Otherwise we enjoyed it and would stay here again.

While the cabin was very clean, well maintained and cozy we had a few hiccups that could have easily been avoided. When we arrived at 10 pm the gate code provided in the email was incorrect (not even remotely close to the one provided that night after waiting for 15-20min to get ahold of someone). Once at the cabin the code in the welcome folder wasn't even the same as the one provided that night. Luckily the gate was always open the days following so who knows what the actual code even was. Our biggest complaint was the hot tub. We have stayed at many different cabins over the years and have always utilized the hot tubs. We came on this trip as an elopement getaway and we're so tired to night of our wedding but then next night wanted to get in the hot tub around 8-9 pm. It was to our surprise that they had lowered the temperature of the hot tub to 66 degrees. WHAT!?!?!? Needless to say we turned it up as high as it would go and even turned the jets on to help circulate the warm water. When we finally gave up and went to bed at 10:30 the water was only at 77 degrees. We never even got to use the hot tub. Perhaps had that been posted boldly somewhere upon arrival or even in the welcome email we would have known to warm it up when we first got there. In all the cabins we have ever stayed in this has never happened. Having someone turn it up prior to arrival would be a great addition. We never got to use the hot tub on our elopement/honeymoon stay. Very disappointing.

over all a very nice time. would like to see maybe a couple more large towels. the upstairs bedroom ceiling fan light doesn't work. the lamp on the nightstand beside the upstairs bed needs the on off switch replaced may short out since it only seems to stay on if the switch is turned and sitting between the on/off positions

Loved it!! Super clean. Everything we could ever ask for.

We were over the top excited about this Beautiful Cabin and stunning views. My two friends were so relieved it was not on the cliff lol! It was so close to Parkway and a quick ride to Gatlinburg. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked in most nights. Loved the Hot Tub and since it was all ready and waiting for us, we went right in the first night. The beds were comfortable and I loved to snuggle at night in the rocker in the living room. Cheers to Cabins USA for sending out someone so fast to fix a drip from a pipe under the sink we discovered our first morning there. The worker was very pleasant and got the job done quickly! We are already talking about coming back because there is so much to do and we could not get it all in! Thank you again!

Beautiful cabin for a weekend get away! Had a great experience renting a cabin for the first time. It had everything we needed and very close to town. Just don't forget to pack your shampoo and conditioner. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

Catch of the Day Cabin was nice. Clean. In a good location. Was a little upset the pool of the resort it was located in was only opened 1 of the 3 days we were there. Oh and we were given the wrong key code to get in the gate of the resort after hours and we were not the only ones that had trouble with the gate. Had to call and get the correct key code and information on which gate to use after hours. But had a great time all and all and really enjoyed our stay in this cabin

The catch of the day day was amazing. When we arrived, it was very clean. There was toiletries in bathrooms. The views from the deck were great. It is close to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg and any attractions you want to visit. The only things we didn't like which were very small. There was no blow dryer so bring your own. And the grill in pictures has been replaced with a 89 dollar Walmart special that burns everything. Otherwise this cabin is awesome and we look forward to returning in the future.

Awesome stay, check in and check out very easy since yo can do it directly from your phone. Cabin was exceptional, amenities were great for families. They have different games for both children and adults, cleanliness is on point from beds to bathrooms. Locations is amazing, 5 minutes ways from town. Will definitely go back and will recommend to others!

Beautifully decorated cabin, very clean with great amenities and an incredible view! The cabin’s location is ideal and situated very close to the main road and on the edge of both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The neighborhood is very quiet and we loved the community pool.

Catch of the Day was amazing! It was close enough to downtown Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg to do everything imaginable and far enough away to soak up the amazing views and relax! The community pool was very well kept and clean. Also Jonathan from Cabins USA came out when we had some leaks and he was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable and great with our boys! Thank you for making our first visit to the Smoky Mountains one we will never forget and also not our last!!

We stay was for 6 days and we loved every aspect of the stay. We had issue with Jacuzzi but maintenance was prompt and repaired it. Small items that every home would have that needed attention or repair. More thorough cleaning could be done, alot of cob webs dust dirt buildup on floor and frig and small appliances. Planning a return trip next year😁

We've been coming to Pigeon Forge for 5 years now. This is by far THE BEST place we've stayed. We will definitely be back next year. Super easy reservation, check in, and check out.

I absolutely loved the place!! It’s was comfortable and felt like home away from home. I’ve already recommended the place to a friend and they are in the process of booking their family vacation.

How can I begin to comment on one of the best vacations our family has taken? Catch of the Day was the perfect cabin! The location is unbeatable. You feel far away from the hustle and bustle, but you are so close to everything. It was quiet! The view is beautiful. Our whole family loved the games and pool table. This cabin was so clean we felt we were in a brand new place. Not a dust bunny in the corners or anything. Check in and check out was a breeze. Parking was easy and convenient. Everything worked perfectly. 10/10! Thank you! Our family will be here again asap!

Check in and out was a breeze. The cabin was easy to get to. It was very clean and spacious. We took our son and 3 friends. It was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. Will defiantly be bookijng again.

Hot water pressure needs to be inspected.

The cabin was very clean and accommodating. It has a gorgeous view of the sunrise. This was our first stay here in the mountains and we had a wonderful time.

We loved our space at The Catch of the Day and will definitely book again. We go to the Smokies often, but this is our favorite place so far. The view and peacefulness of it in the early morning with a cup of coffee is memorable!

I chose a cabin by the view of the mountain. I had a beautiful view but would have been so much better with a upper deck. I was uncomfortable sitting on the porch as it wrapped around and a bear, raccoon or anything could have gotten on porch. The upstairs bathroom had someone's hair the behind faucet leading me to believe it wasn't cleaned. Fireplace didnt work.I loved Black Bear Ridge better and think that's where I will be returning next year.

We stayed at cabin Catch of the Day. The cabin and it's view were amazing. We unfortunately, were inconvenienced during of our stay.
1) At check-in, our initial bill contained a $41.58 travel insurance charge that we did not select.
2) Printed directions provided to us by Doris at Check-in were not accurate.
3) Gate code printed and provided to us by Doris at Check in was inaccurate
4)Reported an inoperable toilet, was not fixed in a timely manner.
5) Unable to speak directly to a representative/manager when called at check-out, kept receiving a recording. Due to our travel schedule, it did not permit us to return to the Parkway office to speak to manager. Dissatisifaction was reported in Voicdemail per Maintenance worker (Barry's) instruction

Reasons for dissatisfaction:
1) At check-in, our initial bill contained a $41.58 travel insurance charge that we did not select. We did have our original receipt from the time of booking and Doris did provide a refund. Doris also provided a print out of directions to our cabin that contained the Gate Code.
2) After checking in, we proceeded to our cabin following the printed instructions provided. Those directions were inaccurate. The instructions indicated to "go 4.1 miles turn R at Red Light #10 then turn L onto Rush Branch Road 0.03 miles" (and note, Rush Branch Road is 0.30 miles, and (also, from Rush Branch Road to Forest Ridge way is over 0.30 miles as well), so when we didn't reach Rush Branch road in 0.03 miles, we turned around looking, we then assumed we had to go further than 0.03 miles, were eventually found the road.
3). Instructions indicated to then travel 0.90 miles to Forest Ridge Way (2nd gate) and turn right. When we arrived, it was 5:00pm, light out, and the gate was open so a code was not needed. However, when we left to eat dinner and returned at 11:00pm, in the dark, we followed the directions, turning onto Forest Ridge WAy (2nd gate). It was dark, there was no code box to enter a gate code on Forest Ridge way, after almost 15 minutes searching, and another guest pulled up behind us, also not able to find a code box. We called emergency maintenance, spoke to Barry, and he informed us that the box was actually located off of Forest Vista Rd. We located the box and attempted multiple times to enter the code provided on our check-in sheet "3627". After the other guests and we were not successful, Barry informed us that the correct code was "5813", that the code that was printed out for us was an "old code from last month", not even close to the code that was printed on our check in instructions.
4.) Upon our initial arrival to the cabin at 5:00pm, the downstairs toilet was running, the back tank wouldn't fill up and would not flush. We purposely selected a cabin with a downstairs bedroom and bathroom, due to traveling w/ our elderly mother who has bowel concerns and has difficulty with stairs. We called immediately at 5:00pm and was informed that a work order would be put in and a maintenance worker would be over to fix the toilet while we went out to dinner and did some sight seeing.
5). When we returned at 1100pm, w/ Barry then providing us the correct gate code when reported our code wasn't working, we discovered that the downstairs toilet was never fixed, it was still running and the tank would not fill or flush. We were exhausted, especially our elderly mother. We immediately called emergency Maintenance and again spoke to Barry. Barry was very apologetic and indicated he would immediately come to fix it, however, he indicated it would be at least 45 minutes before he could get to us. This prevented us, and my mother, from going to bed as we had to wait on Barry, and we had to assist our elderly mother with ambulating safely up and down the stairs to use the upstairs bathroom. Barry did arrive around midnight and he fixed the toilet, but unfortunately, we did not enjoy our first night at Catch of the Day.

Per Barry's instruction, we did call to inform management of our dissatisfaction with the inconveniences due to misinformation printed out and given to us by Doris, and lack of prompt response to our concern for the need of a functional toilet downstairs for our elderly mother w/ bowel concerns and difficulty with stairs. We did call to speak w/ a manager when we checked out, but we continued to receive the "all lines are busy at this time" and had to leave a voicemail. We did leave a detailed VM and requested a return call to discuss our experience, but have not yet received a call.

While your print out on "Have an issue? Tell us about it" indicates that Cabins USA is unable to offer any type of compensation for malfunctions of amenities "beyond our control", all of the above issues were certainly not "beyond your control".

While we enjoyed our second night at the Catch of the Day cabin and the view of the mountains, the above experience took away from our enjoying our first night. We hope to hear from a Cabin USA manager to discuss our experience. Respectfully, Evette Bisard

This cabin was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed our week stay. The view was beautiful! Everything was nice and clean and just like the pictures and descriptions said. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!

We have nothing but wonderful things to say. The cabin itself was amazing, and your stafff was beyond exceptional. We had to adjust our trip due to an illness and death in the family. Your staff was kind, compassionate and very helpful. There was mix up with checking in and your after hours maintenance man, came it at 3:30 in the morning to help us out and make sure we got in our camera. We will definitely recommend your company to anyone we know.

Loved the cabin and the location was perfect!! Might be a problem if the roads were icy, with the steep inclines and curvy roads. We had a few issues, the heat went with temps in the thirties... but, called the company and the receptionist was very quick to get someone there within the hour. Things happen, but great service makes all the difference!!! PS... the microwave comes on, but does not cook/heat at all!! We were able to function w/o it! Would most definitely stay there again!!! Would use Cabins USA for sure!!

Catch of the day was an absolutely beautiful cabin with a gorgeous view!! I’ve stayed with Cabins Usa a few times and this was by far my favorite cabin!! We couldn’t get the hot tub to work so we called and the maintenance guy had it working in no time and he was very nice! No complaints and would book again!!

Just a few suggestions: cleaning crew could do a little better the floors in lower level bedroom and kitchen had sticky spots and it looked like the under the beds haven’t been cleaned in months also all the baseboards and bottoms of doors had thick dust all over them and the dryer was full of what looked like dried paper balls. The directions to cabin are not the clearest! Only other suggestion is if you need a certain pillow to sleep better take some with you.

We stayed for Thanksgiving and the cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was a clean, well kept cabin. The kitchen was well equipped with every tool you needed to cook a meal. The beds were so comfortable! I will definitely stay at this cabin again.

I would recommend Cabins USA to anyone visiting the area. The only problem we experienced was that the arcade game did not work but the maintenance group did come check on it the day we called. This did not take away from our experience

Throw pillows need to be washed.

First, it was a blessing to get a Cabin on such short notice. I was worried as to why it was NOT booked. 2. I had travel issues and arrived late and the staff was EXTRA helpful and accomodating, even with the late arrival. 3. We got to the cabin in the dark of night, which is always tricky when you are in unfamiliar with your surroundings and the directions were very good (NOTE: maybe give the exact address of cabin for those of us who constantly use GPS/Waze apps... makes it a little less cumbersome between driving and looking). 4. Cabin was perfect, clean, inviting, not too hot or cold. Our boys went NUTS seeing that it had a selection of board games AND a classic video game console with many games to choose! 5. We were within minutes of everywhere we wanted to be, the owners had excellent suggestions in their welcome book for avoiding the traffic! Thank you! 6. I love that it is privately owned and that they care enough to have a guest book. It feels like my aunt and uncle's beach house... in the mountains. 7. The hot tub console is destroyed (probably by a drunk unruly guest from before us who couldn't figure out how to work it....) but my handy hubby just flipped the circuit switch near the door, and bam... another awesome amenity that we let our boys enjoy for about 10 minutes! given that this cabin is available in the future, we will search for it FIRST. and, given the wonderful accomodations of the management staff, we WILL use this management group again. Thank you for giving us a quick and easy break in the midst of the storms of our life!

I can truly say that you all redeemed yourself from my last experience. This property was absolutely wonderful. From the furnishings to the hot tub. I brought two of my cousins for a first time experience and my fourth trip. I think they are going to plan a family reunion in the area next year from this great experience.

We had a wonderful stay, loved the cabin, very comfortable and the views were very fabulous. Finding the cabin was a little difficult, but we manage to find, would be very difficult to find at night. Overall stay was great, we will come again. Only compliant was the express check in did not send us our directions and code for cabin, had to stand in long line at cabin office and fill paperwork out again.

We appreciate that the booking, check-in and check-out are all easy with Cabins USA. The one time we needed to update our reservations, it was a hassle since they would only speak with the one person listed on the reservation, not a spouse. Other than that, the interactions and process with Cabins USA was great for us. The cabin itself, Cath of the Day, was absolutely awesome. Perfect location, amazing view, clean interior, nice size, cute decor, fairly private. Our only issue with the cabin was the one night it was windy, there was excessive noises and creaking. The only other issue with our stay was with the landscaper damaging our vehicle (which was handled with the landscape company itself). Beware of parking and when landscaping is done - they are careless and your vehicle may get covered in grass, dirt, rock chips, etc. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Catch of the Day cabin.

The view was gorgeous and the cabin was very nice. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. We will recommend this cabin to our family and friends.

This cabin will always have a special place in my heart this was the very first vacation that my mother and I have went on together, and being in this cabin looking at the beautiful mountains and feeling the calmness come over us was a blessing. The cabin itself is absolutely amazing as well, it's feels luxurious but has the homey feeling to it. It is spacious and we'll layed out. Seeing my mom so pleased and excited about how the cabin looked made my heart warm and very sure that we picked the right cabin. Working through cabins usa made this experience easy and enjoyable. The cabin was so clean and comfortable. It literally felt like our own home for a week. The beds are comfortable, the view is gorgeous, and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back!

This cabin was really the "Catch of The Day," it was so fresh and clean. I have no complaints the cabin was exactly as described. Once again thank you for the experience, this was the first cabin we all ever stayed in and it will not be our last.

Loved the cabin and the beautiful scenery. We very much enjoyed our week there, the weather was wonderful. The only issues we had was very low water pressure in the upstairs shower, but there were construction workers that told us there was a leak somewhere outside around the cabin and they had been digging under the road. Second was the dryer took an extremely long time to dry. We were only putting 2 towels in at a time and would have to reset the dryer numerous times. Those were two small items, that did not hinder our vacation, we were able to enjoy our time there.

The cabin had great views, was very clean & was conveniently located very close to Pigeon Forge. We were hoping for something a little more secluded & the nearby construction was a bit of a bother. The only complaints we had about the cabin was the upstairs shower has extremely low water pressure. Also there is a tree right behind the cabin that had these huge acorns that would drop from the tree & was very loud when they hit the roof (right by the bedrooms). Our first night there we were woken up several times during the night when an acorn would drop. Scared the heck out of us the first time because it sounded like a gunshot almost. In fact, after the first night we decided to move all of our stuff & sleep in the downstairs bedroom because of the acorns & water pressure in the upstairs shower. The best part about renting from Cabins USA was the express check-in & check-out. It was so easy to do both! We will definitely book with Cabins USA again!

We loved Catch of the Day and Sherwood Forrest! It had a great location to Pigeon Forge and only 10 minutes from Gatlinberg. It was very clean and the view was great! The wifi worked fine, the tv system with surround sound was great, the kitchen had everything we needed. Of coarse I have a few suggestions as I always do, on the listing it says it's a charcoal grill and we went and bought charcoal but found it to be a gas grill when we arrived. The fridge door seems like you need to push it to get it to close completely, also after 2 days nobody wanted to go in the hot tub(we were staying for 5) it stunk and we know enough to know it needs chemical's added could you possibly have instructions and chemicals to keep it sanitary or send someone to do that when people are staying over 2 days? Also my boyfriend felt we were the only cabin not having our garbage taken out, but don't worry, it had a nice bear proof garbage outside. Yes! We saw a bear at the cabin down below us who did not have a bear proof garbage! The parking is also only really good for one car, which was perfect for us but others may want to note. The cabin also had a "barrel game" which had tons of games like Pack man, Frogger etc, we loved it! My boyfriend wants to get one at home now!

The Cabin was very nice and clean with great views of the mountains but we did experience a couple of minor issues. Smoke detector in upstairs bedroom needed new battery to stop it from beeping, kitchen and some of the outside light bulbs were out, refrigerator door would not stay closed and air conditioner filter needed to be changed. We also noticed a bad odor coming from the upstairs tub that smelled like sewer. Didn't notice until it rained outside. Maintenance personnel were sent out to our cabin a day after we reported the problems. This was my second stay at a Cabins USA property. My first experience a few years ago was much better. I would suggest a better preventative maintenance program for the cabins.

Stayed with my 2 teen age grand daughters. They loved it. Very satisfied with "Catch of the Day" cabin. Will rent from Cabins USA again. Beautiful, clean, everything worked. Even the wifi (if you look on front of the wifi box) great view. Well stocked with pots & pans ect. Comfortable beds. 2 kings. Not far from busy Pigeon Forge. No complaints here.

We truly were pleased with our stay overall. We will definitely use Cabins USA in the near future!!

This was our first time booking or staying with Cabins USA, but I was more than pleased with our experience. The online booking process was very easy and our cabin was extremely nice and comfortable. Catch of the Day was exactly what it promised to be and was the most well stocked cabin, we have ever stayed in. The kitchen offered just about anything you needed, which was very nice considering we cooked breakfast and lunch there most days. It also offered a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig, which my husband enjoyed. The bedrooms were very good size and the king size beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing and so peaceful and we enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking it all in. The location of the cabin was very convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which was nice, since we split our time between the two. The only negative I have to note was the parking. We only had one vehicle, but there was no where level to park and had there been two cars, or more, someone would have been parked on a very steep incline. We also shared parking with the cabin next door. Fortunately, no one was there while we were, or it would have been very close quarters. We had no issues with maintenance and the cabin was very clean! Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we were looking for and we will definitely book again.

Enjoyed how close the cabin was to the strip. Kids enjoyed the game room. The jacuzzi tub in master suite was great. Beds were very comfortable. The only bad things about the cabin I would say we're there was no closets & the parking is way too small on a steep hill. You would only be able to fit one car in spot.

The cabin is in a great location, even though their are cabins around you you'll Hardley notice. The view was amazing! I did have issues with check in, the cabin beds had no been changed upon check in and soiled towels and sheets from previous renters where on the bathroom floors. The company sent someone out to clean it however I noticed a personal item missing after they left. Later the day day I tried both fireplaces which did not work, after 2 phone calls I was told someone would be out to fix it however by the time my 3 night stay was over no one had been out to fix it. I was really dissapointed because I really wanted a fireplace in a cabin. Wifi is good and tv's are large. The cabin is cozy and up to date. I will stay with cabins USA again, however I'm not sure on their customer service because they didn't try to make it right. I drove 9 hours to get there to a dirty cabin with broken fireplaces.

We really enjoyed our stay at Catch of the Day. I liked how close to town the cabin was. The only complaints we had were the downstairs fireplace not working and the Jacuzzi tub didn't work. Great place to stay but if you have more than one car you will have to park on a hill. We called cabins USA and needed the hot tub to be filled back up, they sent maintenance that day to get it done!

Our family had a great time at Catch a Day. This is our 8th year in a row spending the new year around the Pigeon/Gatlinburg area and this cabin by far had the best view of any we have stayed at. It was truly priceless. We did have a few issues, however, nothing that cant be corrected. We had an issue with the air conditioning the first night, however, the maintenance personal came and took care of it. We tried to use the fire place on our last night and it didn't work. Neither upstairs or downstairs. We did not call since it was our last night. Please take a close look at it so its in working condition for the next guest. We had a real hard time knowing which one was our cabin the night that we arrived. I took the time to read other reviews and other guest express the same concerns. Cabins USA needs to place a sign on the cabin that says "Catch of a Day" there is nothing on the cabin that reflects the name of the cabin. It took us a while to find it as it was very dark and raining. Please make this a priority as It has been requested by other guest too. All in all we had amazing time and plan on returning next year to keep our tradition going.

The only problem we had was locating the cabin itself, there was no cabin name posted. It was dark and we had hard time deciding if it was correct cabin. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Will stay again!
