The location of this cabin wasn't ideal for me. I didn't realize it was straight up a mountain and the small parking accommodated one only car with no space to turn around without backing all the way to the next turn off for other cabins.

The hill leading up to the cabin was a little scary, not knowing how to handle the steepness if we were to run into another car along the way. The view at the top was great though! The parking was also tricky because there was no way at all to turn around unless the neighboring cabin was unoccupied.

This is our third time staying at the same cabin. We love staying there and will continue to book our vacations with Cabins USA. The cabin is always clean, welcoming and peaceful. It's a wonderful experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. But I can't lie that couch is HORRIBLE! No support whatsoever. You literally are sitting on the floor. I was so uncomfortable. Also the mattress on the bed needs to be replaced. It dips in the middle and needs to be more firm for support. But it was a perfect little spot and close to EVERYTHING which I loved. I'll definitely come back but hoping the couch is thrown away and replaced with a nice supportive comfortable couch. But did enjoy my 5 day stay.

Everything was wonderful, except for the heel, and that the coffee pot needs to be updated the coffee pot lid kept falling off every time I poured coffee, but other than that everything was great. I had a wonderful time definitely would book again.

My husband and I favorite cabin. Love the views and location. Property is always clean whenever we arrive. Will be returning back soon :)

The cabin was an excellent xmas get away. It's very private and secluded. The cabin had everything we needed far as kitchenware and utensils. All in all this cabin was an excellent choice. Wish it had more amenities but the hot tub and jacuzzi did us just fine!!!!

We love this cabin and it was our 3rd visit in 4 years! It's the place where we went for our honeymoon, so it's very special to us. Pros: hot tub, double headed shower, close location to town, view out of the bedroom and hot tub are amazing!!! Cons this year: only a couch, no chair, sinking into the couch, mattress has seen better days as we dipped into middle, a bit dusty in the bathroom including vent that didn't work. We definitely want to keep coming so we are hoping that some of these things get upgraded!

We enjoyed our stay very much but the couch was the only place to sit in the living room and really needs replacing, it's not comfortable at all. No support left in it. The cleaning needs a little more TLC. Would I come back? If there was something to sit on to relax I would. We enjoyed the area and quiet.

An incredible week staying in the Enchanted Evening cabin for our honeymoon! The location was fabulous! Off the beaten path but close enough for entertainment. The cabin was bigger than what it appeared to be in the pictures and was so inviting. Comfortable bed and we loved opening our eyes in the morning and looking out to the trees. We used the hot tub every night and it was so enjoyable. Only issue was we arrived one hour early and while the cabin was ready, when we called we were told they could not unlock the electronic door and had to wait. A minor inconvenience to an otherwise fantastic stay. We will be back!

Our cabin was nice, but up a VERY steep hill we didn't think we would be able to get up. Additionally it was booked as a private/ secluded cabin and there were folks staying just on the other side of us on both sides.
We loved the balcony, hot tub and view. The bed and fireplace were very cozy but we were disappointed in the jetted tub that drained water super quickly, and the shower with wonky handles that made it hard to adjust the temperature and a shower door that didn't fully close.
All in all we enjoyed our vacation but I don't think we would book this exact cabin again.

Had an amazing stay. Our 1st time to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Our cabin was all and more of what we expected.Beautiful view from our cabin,excellent location just minutes from Pigeon Forge Parkway, where all activities, Restaurants, and Entertainment are. Our Cabin was so cozy and comfortable. Hope to go back soon and try to make it a Yearly enjoyment. THUMBS UP CABINS U S A.

This was hands down one of the best cabins my wife and I have ever stayed at. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had many amenities to use. The bed was extremely comfortable & we enjoyed the hot tub. The location of the property is a bit steep and can be a little concerning going up or down the hills. All in all my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for her birthday and would highly recommend and stay again! Thank you for an amazing stay!

We stayed in this cabin for our anniversary. It was our first time to the area and hopefully not our last. The cabin was gorgeous and perfect for just to the two of us. Easy to book online and check in. I would recommend including the need to press the check mark after entering the code to get in because I've never stayed at a property like this and didn't realize that was how to open the lock.
I did have to call the customer service three times during our stay and they were absolutely fantastic. They were understanding the first time I called about the lock and very kind explaining. The second time I had to call because the heat wasn't working and they were very prompt about coming to fix it and it was restored within the hour after calling. The last time I called was for check out and the person answered all my questions in regards to what exactly had to be done. On a side note, I did not see the check out email until we were already home so I probably could've saved myself that final call.
The location was beautiful and I loved sitting on the deck each morning for breakfast and looking out over the trees. When I read about the roads being steep I completely was not expecting the roads to be that steep, but luckily we took our suv and didn't have any issues with the terrain. It was just a little tight with figuring how to park. I also loved that the location felt very private despite there being a cabin on either side. The cabin was only 5 minutes away from the main strip of things so that was very convenient.
I enjoyed our stay at this cabin and my only actual complaint about it was the pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect and we managed well with the few hiccups.

Like others said, the parking was tight. You need a fairly small vehicle but it also needs to handle steep hills. I had a Ford Escape. The only other things were that the lock didnt work well-took several tries every time- and the sofa was hard to get out of. Also the bed was high and hard to get in for a short person. My husband haf to pull me up.

Very nice little cabin, perfect for 2 people. Very clean upon arrival! Only issue was parking was pretty tight.

We absolutely loved everything about this cabins features. My only disappointment was that they did not pay attention to the small details. There were a few things that were in need of repair that should been repaired before we checked in. Getting up the the drive way to it was a tad but scary. I don't recommend staying there in the winter time unless you are diving a true that can handle the ice and snow. But overall this cabin is an absolute ROMANTIC GETAWAY.

Getting in and out of the driveway was narrow and a little difficult. And driving to the location has a steep hill with very narrow roads.

This is an adorable little cabin! It exceeded our expectations. Very clean and had everything we needed. Parking for this one is a bit tricky. The door code was a bit challenging at first, we had to call the after hours office number and leave a message. Much to our surprise, we got a call back within five minutes. The wi-fi worked after figuring out which network to choose. The hot tub was clean and smelled like chlorine, which in my mind is how it should be. You can sit on the balcony and watch the lights on the Parkway all night until the sun comes up. There are two neighboring cabins, but the setup is very private. Points taken away for the condition of the bed linens, the comforter had sections of shredded material on the underside. This should be replaced or repaired. Overall, we would go back again and definitely recommend.

This cabin was ideal for a honeymoon getaway. It was clean, relaxing and close to the parkway yet still far enough out in the woods. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely go back. Only one slight issue finding the cabin and the mountain roads were narrow without much room to turn around. We were provided a longer number than needed to unlock the cabin and were not instructed to press the "checkmark" button after entering only a portion of the number. All in all we would highly recommend staying at one of the Cabins USA cabins!

Kitchen was nice, however the silverware was lacking. There was only two forks there only four spoons and a bunch of knives. we left plastic cups because the glassware there was heavy and not that easy to deal with. Needs more assortment of frying pans and cooking pots. Enjoyed our time there.

Cabin looked as advertised. The parking was tight on entry and exit. The cabin was clean and prepared for our stay. The staff on call were helpful and quick to respond to questions. Nothing really negative and looking forward to coming back in the future.

This was our second time here and we love it! Two suggestions on how to make it even more comfortable: the furniture in the living room could be more comfy. I was a little disappointed in the new hot tub as it seemed smaller and the seating configuration was just a bit weird. There was not a good place to really sit next to your partner.

We loved the cabin, especially the hot tub and shower. The only thing we saw was needed was more lighting in the kitchen. Other than that, we would not have changed anything.

We loved the interior and amenities. Furniture was comfortable.There were very few utensils and could have used a couple more of each. The driveway was a little tight, but we adapted easily. Would be nice if a small parking space were across the street from the cabin. We especially enjoyed the close proximity to the Pigeon Forge activities. We appreciated the accuracy of the picture portrayal of the interior property. We are seriously considering a return trip to either Enchanted Evenings or Romantic Evenings next fall. Are there any specials available?

The cabin itself was amazing, however the view was not at all what we thought it was going to be. It was very hard to get in and out of the parking space also.

The positives:
The cabin was great, it's furnished with (Fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee pot, blinder, radio, washer & dryer combo) There is a double shower. There is also a whirlpool tub in the bedroom & a jacuzzi. The bed is very comfortable, I am not sure about the pillows because we brought our own. You can kind of see the sunrise through the trees while lying in the bed.
The location is great because its close to everything but at the same time its far enough out from the parkway its peaceful.

The negatives:
The only thing I want to mention is the directions leading up to the cabin need to be tweak a little because they take you to the correct road, but not right up to the cabin itself.

Recommendations:
The jacuzzi needs to be drain & clean there is some build up on the sides & particles floating in the water. (The kitchen chairs & shower heads need to be tighten). (The chair legs are really loose & the shower heads leak). Placing a stool or seat in the shower would be helpful and also some stairs beside the bed for those of shorter stature. ( I used my suitcase to help me get up on the bed).

Other recommendations for those looking to rent this cabin:
( 4-wheel drive is highly suggested & smaller to midsize vehicles also. We have a full-size Silverado which made it a little interesting when it came to turning around.

All in all this was a beautiful cabin & we had a wonderful stay!!

Sign up for check-in online because it saves time, you will get all the information you need for the cabin from the direction to the key code along with a few other things. You can also check-out online as well both of these features cut out having to go to the office unless some unforeseen issue arise.

Overall it was satisfactory, however 'the view' from the deck overlooking the mountains and down to Parkway was less than great. Someone needs to trim down the smaller saplings that are obscuring what would've been a perfect view.
We rented high up on the mountains mainly for that reason and therefore it was quite a disappointment in that department.
We loved our privacy up there and the cabin was cute. It is in need of a few upgrades but overall was adequate and keeping in mind that it was a cabin in the mountains it fit the bill fairly well.

We had a fantastic honeymoon. The cabin was gorgeous and exactly what we needed. While we did not see the view we were expecting, we still had an amazing time. The cabin itself was local to many things, and after many days of exploring we loved coming back to soak in the hot tub and watch a movie in the living room. All in all, my husband and I are already planning our next vacation, and will be looking to stay in your cabins again.

Nice secluded little cabin...Hot tub and jacuzzi work properly.. Clean and neat.

I chose this location for our (seriously delayed) honeymoon. We were both so impressed with the cleanliness of our cabin and how clean it smelled. We couldn't get connected to Wifi, but there was satellite TV so it wasn't an issue. Close to attractions in Pigeon Forge, and we enjoyed the seclusion offered by the foliage on the back porch. The hill was steep, but we had no problem getting there. The bed was so comfortable that we are looking into getting one just like it. Best night's sleep either of us have had in a while. Overall wonderful stay. We will definitely be coming back!

We had trouble connecting to the internet. We called in to get help and within minutes the staff member texted us the correct log in information. The cabin was very clean. The bed and the furniture were very comfortable. The road up to the cabin is very steep but it worth it for the peaceful setting and the view. The view from the back porch is gorgeous at night. If you plan on sleeping in you should bring eye covers and if you want to watch the sun rise you don't even have to get out of bed. The double sided fireplace made the whole cabin feel cozy. We throughly enjoyed our time at the cabin.

Basically it was a 10... we had a wonderful stay. The cabin was perfect for a couple wanting to get away by themselves for awhile. The evening view from the porch you could see the lights of the farris wheel and in the morning from the bed you could see the colors of the sun coming up. Everything we needed was there. We have already booked again with Cabins USA

This was our first visit to the Smoky Mountains and we had a wonderful time. The cabin was very clean and cozy. We were very happy with everything. My only concern was the parking spot. A little tight for our truck...other than that it was a perfect weekend experience. We will definitely be back and reserve the same cabin!

Cabins USA was awesome in every way. The staff was courteous and called the morning after arriving to check to make sure everything was acceptable. Our cabin was more than acceptable with the best location, beautiful view, and cabin amenities. Except for the shower door not wanting to close completely and the toilet being a little wobbly (of which the owners were made aware) it was PERFECTION!!! I cannot say enough good things about the company or the cabin. We loved everything and will book with this company again and again!!! We definitely won't be waiting another 25 years to return. The cabin was amazing, however some pictures need to be updated, because it doesn't look like how it did before, it was kind of hard to find because of where it's at & the drive uphill to get to it, if you don't have a truck or some good tires, it'll be pretty sketch but overall the cabin was a very great place to stay, the view is 10/10. I would most definitely recommend staying here for a couple. The windows are great for waking up & going to bed, the shower didn't drain well but the cabin was a great place to stay at during my stay in Pigeon Forge.

Overall the cabin was good, we enjoyed everything it just needs to be updated and some things need to be fixed and a good thorough cleaning done to it inside and out. The cabin was in an okay location if you had a 4x4 vehicle you didn't have to worry about it but with a 2wd you're struggling.

We have stayed in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge 3 times now and this cabin has been the best one yet! However, this cabin has an insanely steep drive to get up to it and almost no room to turn around to get back down. The first night we arrived we it was raining/snowing and the temp was right around 32, so our car was slipping trying to get up the hill! We parked in a vacant cabin at the bottom of the hill and hauled our luggage up on foot! It's was crazy, but once we got into the cabin it was all worth it! It was the most beautiful view with the snow coming down. The following day the road dried up and the temp had warmed up enough that we were able to get up the hill in our little car. I highly recommend this cabin, but the drive is not for the faint of heart if it is winter time with any chance of precipitation. For the actual cabin, it was very clean and seemed to be a newer cabin than others we've booked. The bed was luxurious paired with the fireplace and huge windows, we didn't want to leave! The only part we didn't really like was the bathroom. It was SO cold and the shower did not drain very well at all. Overall the cabin was stunning and we would booked this one again!

Loved staying in this cute and cozy cabin!! One of the best weekend getaways I've had!! Would recommend having 4-wheel drive to get up the hill to the house as it is pretty steep.

Everything was great but the hot tub. It never got up to temp. It was at 80 when we checked when we got there knowing the water was just changed and cleaned but it was only at 90 by night 3. Wife was not happy about that.

This cabin was beautifully decorated and very cozy. It was disappointing though to book a cabin with a view and then to see nothing but trees. The driveway in the picture looks photoshopped because the actual driveway is on a incline and it's short and narrow. Some of the jets in the jacuzzi did not work. Other than those complaints it was a very nice cabin.

When we checked into the cabin, the parking area/driveway was horrific. We were driving a Dodge Ram pickup truck and it barely fit into the "hole" that we had to park in. You had just enough room to park and barely walk around your vehicle without having to go into the grassy areas. The driveway literally went straight down to where you had a hard time pulling in and backing out without using the 4 wheel drive. There was absolutely no room to turn around in that driveway. You had to back out to another cabin that was fairly close by and back into their driveway to get turned around. We did not have a porch light and left a message for maintenance on the answering machine. No one ever called us back so we just bought a bulb ourselves and replaced it. The double shower was great except for one of the handles is loose/broken and it was hard to adjust the water temp. The water was either too cool or extremely hot enough to burn or scald you. The last thing is the view off the back deck. It said in the description of the cabin on your website that you could see The Island and Downtown Pigeon Forge. The truth is: we WOULD have been able to see those areas if the trees had not overgrown and taken over the area. They definitely need to be cut down or at least trimmed way back or the description about the cabin's view changed. The cabin inside was very quiet and decorated beautifully (loved the bedroom furniture and headboard & footboard were absolutely beautiful) and it wasn't too far up the mountain but high enough you had your privacy and peacefulness so I was very very happy about that.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! We were disappointed about the view of trees. I missed an assignment dead line due to being given the wrong wifi information. The actual cabin location was so much more different than the images on website. I would definitely visit again but not Enchanted Evenings!

We have rented several cabins from Cabins USA and have always been pleased. This cabin was a bit of a disappointment. The drive to the cabin is very steep. Once there, the parking is difficult. There is no place to turn around unless you go to the cabin next door (and hope no one is there). The cabin (inside and out) could have been cleaner. Dead bugs and cigarette ashes all over the deck when we arrived. The cabin was filled with ants so we bought some spray for that. The bed is comfy but is very high and difficult to get into. I would recommend a step. All in all, we had a great time and will surely rent from Cabins USA again. Just not this cabin.

Great place to stay , we had an enjoyable weekend. Only recommendtin I could make is provide more pillows for the bed.

Our jacuzzi only worked that day of arrival and could never get warm after that. But over all, it was beautiful and i plan to return in the future!

My wife & I stayed in this cabin for 4 nights. We enjoyed it! Not only was it spotless, it was nice & comfy. Everything about this cabin was great. We had a few minor issues in the bathroom, & with hours, they were fixed. This was our third time renting from Cabins USA & we will definitely book through then again. We loved our stay in this cabin.

We definitely enjoyed our time here!! It is a steep drive but well worth the view. Bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub!!

This cabin was amazing just what we needed and wanted. The cabin is just as it is in the pictures would highly recommend for a getaway. The staff was amazing.

I would recommend cutting some limbs on the trees so there is somewhat of a view from the deck. There was an issue with the WiFi and I called and it was taken care of but then the next day it didn't work.

Cabin was great. The maitenance that came out due to lock, hot tub and internet were great. I really think that there are some things that could have been added to make the stay much better. Like...a couple sets of towels and wash clothes for each person..not one set per person. Also, atleast and extra set of sheets since the stay was for 9 days. I did bring my own set of sheets and was able to change the bed. There needs to be some sort of brush or scouring pad for pans since everything sticks to them. The iron needs replaced or cleaned. It ruined my very nice blouse with some sort of blue stuff the was on the flat service. It was very hard to turn around from the drive way. No problem if no one at the very last cabin. The cabin it self is very nice...was a very nice stay...even though the hot tub was fixed 3 times. It would have been nice if there had some instructions after the code was put in.

The cabin had a spectacular view from the deck and bedroom! The cabin was nice and we enjoyed our stay! Only a couple of issues that I would like to address. My husband wanted to check out the jacuzzi tub before he got in it. He added some water, ran the jets, and let the water out. After the water drained out, there were lots of black specks left on the bottom of the tub. I'm not sure what it was. He would not use the tub. The driveway was not user friendly.

Everything was great for the most part, except for a few things. The Wi-fi was not great which made things difficult but we had cell service so it wasn't terrible. when I read other reviews on how steep the drive is, I didn't realize how right they were! My poor car made it though. Definitely would be easier with a truck. Regardless, our stay was amazing. The bed is very comfortable, and the Jacuzzi and hot tub work amazing. I would definitely come again.

Hands down, one of the best Cabin agencies in the Pigeon Forge area of Gatlinburg. My partner and I had such a wonderful time. For the price, we had access to a lot in the cabin. There were only minor concerns, which I know will be resolved for future renters. Nothing deterred us from enjoying our stay. Thank you Cabins USA for your exceptional service!! This cabin was so so awesome we loved it didn’t want to leave. The only issue we ran into was the WiFi we never could get it connected but we did have service so I was still able to check on the kids.

We had a great 4 night stay.
Cozy 1 bedroom cabin, nicely furnished.
The only issue was getting up and down the hill, leading to the cabin, because of the newly fallen leaves, after it rained. but not an issue, once we got used to it.

Me and husband had to move to this cabin due to our original cabin being not up to standards of what our honeymoon experience should be! My mom had booked our cabin months out....and once I told her how the 1st night was she wasn't happy. She called the office to let them know we wasn't happy and the manager Larry called me and spoke to me directly to let me know how sorry he was about our 1st night. He then reccomend this room for us and told me we would love it! I told him ok, he then said he would get the cabin ready for us to move our things in later. Once I got the call it was ready, me and my husband went to see it, I checked everything out and it was perfect!! Everything was nice....and in working order! The only thing was I had to put in a request for a clean comforter set...the one they had on it had some smudges on it...it took the maintenance guy about 45 minutes or so to come to bring the clean one. Once that was done....me and my husband had a great time out in town and in our cabin!! Hot tub jets worked and it was hot water for jacuzzi and all!! Loved this cabin and we will be booking for our 1st year Anniversary!! Thank you to Larry for allowing us to move and recommending this cabin...and the help!

The drive way was tooooo small, if you have a full size car or truck you have to back down the road to the cabin below to turn around.

Cabin is beautiful! Very nicely furnished! Only problem we had was parking and the difficulty in turning around. We felt picture of cabin was misleading- it looked like approach was level. It was not level. My husband uses a cane/walker, and had much difficulty getting in and out of vehicle. Turn around area was the most difficult, resulting in us checking out early due to tiring of struggle. Next time I will only make phone reservations so I can verify accessibility.

This was our second time in this cabin, we also stayed in feburary. We plan on coming back many more time and at this cabin.

Road leading to the property is almost washed out and soon will only be passable with 4x4 or a dirt bike.

The cabin itself was beautiful. The staff very friendly. We did encounter a couple of issues with the hot tub and jacuzzi tub however we were treated with respect and the manager fixed this issue for us

This is our 2nd time at this cabin. We love the cabin. We did have a few problems this time. The check in was 4:00 pm and when we arrived at 4:00 we were not able to get in because the lady that was there to clean the unit was waiting for maintenance to come and fix the key pad so she could get in to clean. We killed some time and returned to the cabin several times and finally got into the cabin at approximately 6:00 pm. The other issue we had was that it wasn't as clean as it had been when we previously stayed there. The rugs in the bathroom were really dirty, unit was dusty, shower dirty, etc. That being said we love this cabin and definitely hope to return sometime.

Staff was great. loved the layout of the cabin.
However..... Wifi was not working so we called and they sent someone out fairly quickly (was between 7:30pm - 8pm, I think) Wifi ID matched but after trouble shooting the maintenance guy was able to get info that there is a second router inside the upper cabinet over the stove. within a few minutes he had the internet working. While he was there we advised the hot tub was not working (we ended up not using it) and the microwave door as bashing in and the handle broken. he took pictures and said it would be fixed. Previous renters must have used bubble bath in the jacuzzi because the bubbles were all over the place when running water. I was able to get the tub flushed out so that the tub could be used. (a product called swirl away might work good on this to clean the pipes). Spring cleaning is definitely in need in this unit. the bathroom and bedroom were very dirty - I took them out on the back deck and shook them out (which obviously had not been done) and had it not been for the fact that I was afraid to wash them and have something happen to them I would have tossed them in the washer myself. coming out of the bedroom, you could see that under the bed was very dusty/dirty and clothing tags were under there as well. the living room and kitchen rugs could have used a vacuum run over them. I have rented from this company before but this unit was definitely not the cleanest....sorry to say.

We really enjoy this cabin. This was our second trip there.

I gave all tens but the only issue we had with this property was the keypad but we called and the staff was very helpful , The view was beautiful .. The cabin was gorgeous .. The driveway is small but we made it fine and very close to Pigeon Forge :)

The cabin was not as clean as the last cabin that I rented from cabins USA I was disappointed in this property.

The cabin was amazing with a beautiful view! We had a different cabin originally, but the hot tub was broken and in the process of being fixed. Called the office they had someone come out to look at the hot tub, it wasnt going to be fix during our stay. They are very accommodating and got us in a new cabin right away! We will be back again!!

Excellent place to stay. We spent 2 nights of our honeymoon here and we was very satisfied with this cabin.
Everything was spotless, bed was very comfortable and the view was Awesome overlooking Pigeon Forge.
The hot tub and jucuzzi was very nice as well. Nice living room and kitchen if you need it.

The cabin cabin was very clean and nice. The view and location was amazing. We had a problem with the locks upon arrival and the lock smith had to come change the entire lock. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive and about 45 mins to fix the lock which was a bit of a hassle and there were no accommodations made for the inconvenience. I asked for a late checkout considering the lock situation but was only given a 30 min extension. I also called ahead upon arrival to inform them of the special birthday occasion and I was informed that there would be a card but there wasn’t. Other than that the staff was nice and the experience was pleasant. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Enchanted Evening cabin.

We stayed in this beautiful cabin for our 30th anniversary. It was perfect! The driveway was my least favorite part but my husband had no problem getting in and out. We really enjoyed our time there and didn't want to leave. We would definitely rent this cabin again!

The cabin itself was perfect. The only problems we incurred was the parking. We had to go to the next cabin and turn around in their parking area and then back into our spot. There is no other way to turn around. The only other option is to back down the very narrow road. The only other problem was with the height of the bed. We had to bring in the steps from the hot tub to be able to get in. It was very comfortable and beautiful...just not convientent for shorter people.

Make sure you have 4 Wheel drive to get to this cabin especially in the winter. The mountain is steep, and the cabin is fabulous!!

Enchanted Evenings is a beautiful well appointed cabin. We loved our stay here for our honeymoon. The bed was very comfortable, and the double fireplace was a very nice touch. We had one minor issue with the hot tub not working on our first night, but maintenance came less than an hour after we called and fixed the issue. The shower and exhaust light could use a thorough cleaning, but other than that the cabin was very clean and comfortable. The cabin can be difficult to get to, the road to the cabin is very steep and it can be difficult to back in and out of the small driveway. Overall we had a wonderful experience and cannot wait to use CabinsUSA again!

My husband and I stayed in this cabin for our honeymoon and it was a wonderful honeymoon cabin. The staff at check in was excellent and I enjoyed the fast check out with only a text message. We also enjoyed the close proximity town while still having the feel of being far away from town. The only issue that we had with the cabin was the parking. The driveway was not ideal, therefore we had to back down the road each night to back in, however we did make it work. The bed was very comfortable though and we enjoyed the hot tub! Overall, I enjoyed staying in this cabin and really enjoyed the experience with Cabins USA. We will definitely utilize you on our next visit.

The cabin was decorated wonderfully and was very comfortable and had everything we needed. However internet came and went throughout the two days that we were there and was quite frustrating. Other than that it was a very nice place to get away with great views and a beautiful sunrise.

Overall a great cabin for two! Nice hot tub, large windows in the bedroom, beautiful fire place and lots of other nice touches! Through the trees you are able to see the wheel at the Island lit up at night which is nice to see when you are enjoying the hot tub or out on the balcony. My only two complaints are that the dryer does not work well at all and requires AT LEAST two entire cycles to dry anything, and that the shower needs a deep scrub to get rid of the amount of grime between the tiles throughout the shower. I was most excited for the shower but the look of it made it pretty hard to want to spend much time in there.

Loved the cabin. Only issues were the Wifi, it did not work. I called to get help, left message and no one ever returned my call to help. (very disappointed) Thankfully after a lil snooping on the second day I found a verizon box (fooled with it and got the wifi working) Also the coffee maker does not work. Thought hubby was gonna cry lol The cabin was amazing...coffee pot not a biggie to me but I am sure huge to those who drink it. Only thing that I feel negative was the no re-ply when called in for help. Check in and out was a breeze however i do wish on check out that they would at least text back saying ty , so we know you got the text. I would for sure recommend the cabin. Am hoping the no call was a simple mistake . However I do know that if it were to happen again I am sure I would not stay with CabinUSA again. To me someone calling for help should of been #1 on list of things needed replied to. The cabin itself prolly my favorite. Love the location.

First off I would stay here again. There are a couple of things that need improvement. The ceiling fan in the bedroom needs the blades cleaned. The exhaust fan in the bathroom needs cleaning and a light bulb installed. The shower head with the hand held, no water comes out. The hot tub tripped the breaker about 5 times. The jacuzzi drain will not close all the way so you had to keep filling tub. New batteries in the remotes. There were plenty of plates and utinsles . The fireplace was awesome.

Enchanted Evenings was a fantastic cabin; very clean and comfortable. It was close by all attractions, but still secluded. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely use Cabins USA again in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay in pigeon forge. Very quite and relaxing. The hills were the only downfall to the experience. Very steep incline but over all would recommend our family and friends to stay in one of your cabins without any hesitation. Thank you for the beautiful memories.

Wonderful fix hot tub

We have been married for 19 years and this was first time we could go alone to celebrate our special day without our children. The cabin was so pretty and clean. However, we didn't have internet service. When I reported it they said they had issues with that cabin. Also, the hot tub didn't work. Maintenance came to look at and said something in the motor was burnt. They sent a repair man the day we left about an hour before check out. So we didn't get to use the internet or hot tub. Normally it would be a big deal but we did feel
Our anniversary was not what it could have been.

The parking was a little tight but we handled it and the view looking over Pigeon Forge was great. Will definitely be using Cabins USA again as they never fail to provide excellent accomodations.

We enjoyed it even though it took us 2 hours to find it. It was a great place. Look forward to staying again.

Bed was too tall and the jets in the outdoor hot tub were week; no way to adjust the temp in the hot tub outside.

Loved that we had cable television. Loved the fireplace and the kitchen. And the dishes too.

Overall we really enjoyed the cabin; the driveway is a bit hair-raising the first time you navigate it but we did like the closer proximity to town. Cabin was very comfortable (cleanliness would have received full marks, but for the toilet. It looked clean, but had a really strong urine smell around it throughout the entire stay.)

The road getting to the cabin is in need of repair . The parking area at the cabin is tiny and has no place to turn around,I had to turn around in the neighbors driveway and back down the road to our cabin. We had a problem finding the cabin as it was not marked with a sign. Overall we enjoyed our stay the bed was very comfortable. Directions to cabin are confusing also.

The cabin was lovely. Livingroom was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but still plenty large enough for the two of us. It was centrally located and the directions on how to get there were great. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Very peaceful. Might have been nice if some of the foliage was removed so you had a better view of the mountains. We'd stay in this cabin again (this was our 2nd rental with Cabins USA).
The negatives:
-Parking was difficult at best-we had to turn the opposite direction of our cabin into another driveway and then back down the road into our spot.
-We were given 3 bath towels. For a cabin with a shower, a hot tub and a Jacuzzi tub, 4 towels would have been appreciated. We'd dry off after getting out of the hot tub so as not to slip on the floor, then throw the towels in the dryer so they'd be dry enough to use again after we showered to get the chlorine off. Next time I'll try to remember to bring our own beach towels
-The shower needs some help-low pressure, about 20 dead bugs in the light fixture and the hose to the hand held shower head was compressed and unusable.
-The mirror in the bathroom had been knocked off the wall, but maintenance came and repaired that.
-Other cabins were a little closer than I had considered
-We couldn't get the blue ray player to work and maintenance had to come and replace the cable. He left us a note to say that you can't play DVD's on the blue ray player, but that is incorrect. You can play DVDs on a blue ray, but you can't play blue rays on a DVD
-The ice cube trays in the freezer were so cracked that maybe half of the compartments held water. We threw them away and replaced them ourselves.
-Glad we brought a can of Raid-we got bunches of wasps flying around the light fixture on the deck at night while in the hot tub. Sometimes you have to fight mother nature!
All in all a pleasant experience that we would do again.

We enjoyed our time there. the only snag we had was finding the MiFi box, which had been put up in a cabinet over the stove. Other than that everything was great!

My wife and I stayed here for our 16th wedding anniversary. It was wonderful. The cabin is beautiful. The parking is difficult but manageable. We can't wait to return.

Property ammenities are very nice. The kitchen was great and well stocked. The only issue is the driveway placement. The driveway is a little difficult to manuver in and out of.

The cabin was WONDERFUL, we will definitely be back!!!!!!
