We absolutely loved this cabin. It had everything we needed, was very clean, ample parking, and very accessible to all the local sights and activities. I like that the resort is gated and only accessible by key code. Very beautiful and cozy, Normally we have a much larger group traveling with us requiring a larger cabin, but we would absolutely book this cabin again for a smaller group! Thanks again, already looking forward to next year!!

My family spent 5 nights at "Knockin' On Heaven's Door" and we had a terrific time. The cabin was easy to get to, had great views from both the upper and lower decks, and it was supplied with almost every amenity you might want while vacationing. The kitchen was well stocked from a dishes and appliance perspective (both drip and K-Cup coffee makers available too), allowing us to cook and eat in the cabin when we wanted to. I appreciated the option to cook outside with either the charcoal or gas grills. The seating on the back porches were a little in disrepair with some chairs that were broken - which may be a problem if you have a large group, but it didn't impact my family's stay. The hot tub was nice and warm. The downstairs game area was nice to enjoy with multiple arcade units and a pool table. The TV in the game area wasn't consistently watchable as it would pause/buffer/freeze often, but the upstairs TV worked great. The jukebox wasn't quite as entertaining as we had hoped. What once may have been something capable of playing music from a really old cable-connected iPhone is now essentially a radio that does sound OK once you figure out how to tune the stations in. It was fine, but more of a decoration and less functional in the way we had expected. The electric fireplaces both upstairs and downstairs do work, but they aren't exactly self explanatory on their operation - with no instructions found. I'm confident I could have reached out to Cabins USA and they would have assisted me with any questions, had I not been able to figure it out. Some vacationers like to disconnect completely, but my family does not - Internet being important when we travel. The wireless connection was good and made our stay more enjoyable while in the cabin. As far as cleanliness, we had to clean up some decorations from a previous renters party with popped balloon fragments in different places, but we found that it was very clean in the areas that really mattered to us (Beds, Bathrooms, Kitchen/Dishes, etc...) Overall, our stay was great and I would recommend the company and the cabin, based on the experience we had. I would certainly stay here again.

Where to begin? This cabin is amazing. We had our 2 daughters and their families and there was plenty of room.
The kitchen had EVERYTHING !!! The beds were cozy the cabin was inviting not a huge amount of decoration sitting out for littles to be interested in. The cleanliness was in itself wonderful. The only thing that was needed was a broom which was promptly delivered to the door. The only suggestion would be to have a couple of baby gates for the stairs. We felt safe, we loved our family time. Thank You for making the 2023 family vacation great !!!

This is our second time staying with Cabins USA (although the first time was 11+ years ago). The location was perfect, lots of amenities. The cabin was clean and stocked with plenty of towels, dishes (including kid friendly dishes. The ice maker didn't work and we kept forgetting to pick up ice but not a big deal to me personally. One thing that blew me away was the hot water and water pressure was on point specifically after a couple of us showered back to back, we still had hot water! I would recommend this cabin and Cabins USA in the future. Thank you!

We rented this cabin last year. Did not disappoint us then or this year. We enjoyed our stay.

Knockin on heaven's door had a lot of space to accommodate our family of 10, with extra sleeping spaces that we did not use. The kids enjoyed playing the games in the game room. While the men spent most of their time playing on the pool table. The hot tub temperature was just right. The bathrooms provided extra towels and wash clothes per bathroom. Updated appliances was in the kitchen as well as plenty of dishes to cook and eat with. Although we didn't go, Dollywood is about 7 minutes from the cabin. Pigeon Forge is approximately 15 minutes from the cabin. Overall the cabin was clean, provided great amenities, and location. I would definitely stay at this cabin again, and recommend to family and friends!

This cabin had plenty of room and was laid out very nicely. I liked the location and the area this cabin was in Hidden Springs. We come to Dollywood twice a year and this was the closest and most convenient location for us to go there and we will be requesting a stay next time in this same area. We have used Cabins USA many times in the past and have never really had any big problems. Sure, there are some hiccups in any cabin we have stayed in but nothing major. The check-in and check-out process worked flawlessly by not having to go to the main office on Parkway and avoiding the heavy traffic. We will use Cabins USA again in the future.

I really enjoyed this cabin. I had no problems, I will book again. Everything was fully stocked and the kitchen even had toddler dishes and high chairs. This is a family friendly cabin and I loved that they thought about the children.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin and can't wait to book it again. It was super nice. Clean, roomy, and easy to get to. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need for your cooking or parties. The hot tub was perfect for these cold nights. Nothing bad to say at all. Will definitely come back!

I love this place. My family enjoyed it. The only thing the jacuzzi was not clean so we did not use it.

Awesome stay! Hot tub and pull out bed was dirty but everything else was awesome. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

There was one problem the dryer not work. We went to dry your swimsuits and towels couldn't dry them hang them on the chair outside. But other wise it was a comforter and relax place you could find.

The cabin was nice but had a few things that in my opinion could have made it more user friendly. The kitchen table is too large. There's not enough room to pass between it and the bar. The master bedroom bed makes a very loud rubbing noise. It's so loud it disturbs the downstairs guests. The instructions given for the door lock were incomplete. There should have been a check mark at the end of the number, but it was left off my instructions. When I called the office, they knew my problem immediately. All of my transaction was completed on the phone, text or e-mail. I didn't see or come face to face with any personnel. I think that's a little impersonal, but not enough to hinder my using CABINSUSA. I experienced some difficulty keeping my booking because the cabins I chose kept going off the program. I had chosen two cabins prior to Knocking On Heaven's Door. The representatives I spoke with were very helpful in locating similar replacement cabins. Over all we had a good experience.

This was our 1st time at the cabins and it was awesome! It was very clean, the beds were large and very comfort. It had everything we needed. We WILL be planning another trip later this year. ????

We stayed in Knockin On Heavens Door, My kids and I absolutely LOVED IT!!! ?
The only thing that was wrong was that 1 of the 3 arcade games the "race car game" didn't work But that Ruin anything... and the Pools Heating Element was Out so they didn't get to Swim but it was okay they had so much fun in the jacuzzi and Hot Tub.. They are already asking when we can go back.. so i see another trip in the Future for Our Family!!

But when we first arrived late that evening the main office was closed to be able to check in, so I would recommend The Hours online to be changed so Out Of Towners will Know... so to check in I called and done it over the phone, which wasn't a problem at all the guy was super nice and very helpful!!

Race car arcade machine wasn't working. Other than that everything was great.

Very nice cabin. Nice views. We had a problem with the hot tub, called the service and they came right out to fix it. The cabin was very nice with good views. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The cabin was great. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of plates, pans, and silverware in the kitchen.The location was super close to everything and yet you didn't feel like it was. The rental company did not give us the code to the outside gate which was a minor inconvenience. The hot tub and pool table were fantastic. Really nice trip. We got lucky, our very loud neighbors left after one night so we were not disturbed. You do need to know that in the pictures, it may look like you are not right on top of the neighbors but they are right beside you!

The cabin was gorgeous and in a great location. We were close to everything. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. I would have liked a better grill, but that's it. The owner had the water off when we arrived, but someone was there within 15 minutes after being notified of the problem. I will definitely be back!

Place was very clean and nice. Water was out for a couple hours the second day of the stay which set us back but other than than it was great! Would definitely recommend 10/10.

Need to invest in a baby gate for the stairs. We purchased one at Walmart for $10. Beds were had downstairs. And maybe s grill for on the porch in case it rains. Other than that we had a great stay.

I wasn't provided a gate code for access To the property and nothing was said on how to lock the cabin lock when we left. It took us a few but we did manage to figure it out. Receiving a list of items to bring and what the cabin has would have been very help. Every bathroom downstairs had a bulb burnt out. Maybe have a book on how things work in the cabin, like the fireplace, which switches work what. There was also garbage all over the ground below the decks.
We really liked the cabin and would rent it again. My husband loved the games.

My family and I had an awesome time at the cabin. Everything was great! The only thing I would recommend for future stays is to add more paper towels and toilet tissue available in the future...

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was very nice. I would say that the one of the beds in the gameroom area that has a it's own bathroom needs to desperately be replaced. It was old, hard, seemed broken and very uncomfortable. Also, we got to the cabin the 1st day at a little after 4 and walked in on a very dirty cabin. No one had come to clean yet. Someone did come at around 4:15 and all 3 of our families had to wait outside for over an hour so that they could clean which would not have been so bad if it was not 90 degrees out. They did a very good job in cleaning but was not the best first impression. Overall very good experience with this cabin other than these few items.

The cabin was very nice. I would stay there again dispite there being one bedroom without it's own bathroom. Some things I would hope they would fix before my next stay... the outlets in the downstairs bathrooms didn't work and there was trash on the ground overlooking the balcony.

Came down with our family to get married. We wanted a place that all of our children could stay with us and have a celebration after our ceremony. Picture perfect setting and the home si ply great.

After finally getting to this house. It was great. This was the 3rd house we visited on our trip. The first had to be heat treated for bugs, the second one was just available for one night, and finally knocking on heavens door was available do the last 2 nights of our stay. It was great! We loved it!!! Would definitely stay here again!

Great property with plenty of space to have our family vacation. We booked this property due to the multiple types of entertainment. When we arrived the karaoke machine and gas grill were missing. They were on the website for this property, and in the pictures marketing this property. We called in work orders, but didn't hear back for 4 days. The maintenance man wasn't interested in assisting. Other than that it was a great cabin.

A beautiful cabin with a gorgeous view. Very close to Dollywood and many other sightseeing places. If the opportunity arose we definitely use cabins USA again

Good: Everything else. HIGHLY recommend this cabin. Entertainment for days. Every simple amenity in cabin you will need. Lots of towels, dishes, pots/pans, seating and more.

Beautiful cabin, well apportioned and very comfortable. Conveniently located near Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Staff were very accommodating and responded immediately to any of our concerns or calls. We had a circuit blown which was caused by a faulty outlet, the maintenance team was out within 30 minutes and had it fixed very quickly.

We had a great time at the cabin, other than the jets not working on the hot tub everything was great. Good place to stay when you have kids.

We absolutely loved our cabin! Walking in and seeing and smelling the cleanliness made us feel at home. There was plenty of space to accommodate my family. If you’re looking for a cabin, this is the one. Very few suggestions on our end. The steps coming out of the cabin need to be redone. There should be another step as you’re going down. You could easily hurt your knees and ankles going down with the amount of pressure exerted as you step down to an “anticipated” step. Other than that, this cabin was exactly what we were looking for!

Amazing Cabin. Great Location. Perfect for our family. Loved everything about the cabin in regards to size and entertainment. Could have used a more thorough cleaning. There was something obviously spilled on the floor in the down stairs master, floor was sticky, end table was sticky, and you could see the dry puddle behind the end table. Down stairs master bath shower had a drip. I am sure if I reported these items they would have been addressed right away. They weren't that big of an issue. The mattress for the down stairs master felt and sounded like it was 50 years old, not very comfortable at all. Upstairs master could use something to cover the octagon window, there is no escaping sunrise. If you are a light sleeper the sun light will definitely wake you up. The kitchen could use some pot holders, we ended up using bathroom towels. And the dryer sounds like it is on its last leg and takes a good 3 cycles for a full load to dry. None of these items were necessarily deal breakers and we would absolutely consider staying in this same cabin if we did another trip.

The cabin was awesome! Perfect for our family, the view was amazing. Originally we had booked a different cabin well it wasn’t what we expected and we’re disappointed, we called the staff and they were amazing and had us in another cabin with in minutes! Knockin on heavens door we were definitely satisfied with no doubt. We enjoyed our stay for sure and would recommend this cabin to anyone and if you have kids you would definitely want this cabin so much for the kids to do they will not be bored one minute! Thank you cabins Usa for being so great with us!

Our stay was great. The views were fabulous. The kids enjoyed the pool we enjoyed the hot tub. The games were great kids and adults enjoyed them. We had plenty of space 4 adults 3 kids. We would definitely stay here again especially if we were going to dollywood.

I had an amazing stay at this cabin! Love the views and the area was easy access to the main road. Loved all the amenities that came with it and was very pleased withthe cleanliness throughout the cabin. The only issues we had was we couldnt get the karaoke machine to work or the cable on the main tv downstairs. It really wasnt a big deal though. The office staff was very friendly and had everything ready and waiting on me when i arrived. I hated having to leave and will definitely be booking this cabin again soon!

Our folks loved the location. The owners desperately need to replace the bedrooms carpet, it is awful. The sofa and love seat upstairs also need to be replaced the seating in them is worn out and makes it very, very hard for anyone to sit comfortably and trying to get up is near impossible. It would be of great value to the owner and tentants if the front top windows facing the road had some type of sun sheild on them, this would prevent having to run the air so low in the summer and heat in winter.

We enjoyed the location and will book again, hopefully to find something in the same location.

I also stayed an additional four days with thirteen other women at Great Aspirations and loved it.

Beautiful house with lots of extras. Great location. Amazing view. Only negative comment: Beds- especially pull-out sofas need new mattresses.

The cabin is absolutely perfect for a family vacation spot. We came to East TN for my sister's wedding. The cabin was the perfect size for our group (7 adults & 2 kids) Super close to Dollywood and The Island. We had an issue with our hot tub the 2nd day and called maintenance at 7 o'clock on a Saturday night. They came within 30 minutes & checked out the issue. They weren't able to fix it until the next day but came early the next morning and got it back up and working for the rest of our stay. Great customer service and amenities. We will definitely come back!

This cabin sleeps up to 12 so you know some small children will be staying and this is a 2 story. A baby gate was provided BUT it was broke when we arrived so that was a huge issue for us. So that needs to be replace ASAP. Also no plastic cups are in the cabin. All cups were glass...Please go to Walmart or a dollar store and pick up three packages of $1.00 plastic cups (small and large) so that others can use for the kiddos. I did use the on-line system to pay with a credit card for the remainder of the balance but it did not go thru. I wasn't emailed or told about this so I had to go to the office and handle the paperwork there. Not your fault that it didn't go thru but I never got an email that told me I had to go in so I had to call and see what was going on. The system did need salt and some was in the unit so my husband did add that and changed the filter system so it would know it was added. I believe he used the last of the salt in the unit so more will be needed.

The cabin had plenty of parking for the four cars that we had. The location was great for us as we were going to Dollywood and Splash Country. Everything was clean and neat in the cabin when we arrived and didn't need any extra linen as there was enough for us to use. All games, tvs and such were in working order along with hot tub and appliances. We did use the resorts pool twice and it was fine for our group and it was nice having a pool on site. I did use the website and it was very friendly user and was easy to navigate. I also use called in to speak to a live person and also had no issues with that either.

This is my first stay with Cabins USA and I was overall pleased with the cabin and would stay again.

My Family had an amazing time in Knocking on heavens door. The cabin is even more beautiful than the photos and had enough space to comfortably fit 11 people. The biggest complaint we have is the pull out sofas neither pull out sleeper was able to be used, the springs are sticking through and both pull outs were very uncomfortable so we ended up just putting them away and sleeping on the sofas. In reading past reviews this issue has been brought up many times by other guest so this is an issue that needs to be addressed. That's ALOT of money to pay to not have a comfortable nights sleep. We did have an issue with the hot tub multiple times not working but we called the office and each time it was fixed. We had a great stay the cabin was clean, and fully stocked and beautiful. We will return to stay in the future ( hopefully the sofa beds will be replaced ).
One other thing, there is an amazing view off the back decks but the tree's are so over grown that it blocks the view, if the tree's were to be trimmed that would be one thing that would bring customers back again and again. Thank you very much we loved the week we spent in Knocking on heavens door!!!!!!!!

If you have a large group and want the PERFECT cabin to stay in, THIS IS IT! Amazing cabin, amazing views, amazing everything. My only suggestion to future renters is that if you plan on using the pull out couches, bring air mattresses instead. The pad on the pull out couches are about 2 inches thick. The location of the cabin is perfect for Pigeon Forge lovers- even better if you plan on spending time at Dollywood which is located near the entrance of the resort! The pool was well kept, the area was well kept- no trash or odors. SPECTACULAR!

We rented 'Knockin' on Heaven's Door' and were very impressed the minute we walked in the cabin. Most of the family was there to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and all were thrilled to see such a beautiful place. We all had a good time, especially the kids with the arcade games. There were a few glitches at first (hot tub was not filled/heated and coffee pot was broke) but that was remedied by maintenance within an hour of our arrival. One suggestion for the cabin: it would be great if there was a book in the cabin that explained how everything worked, things to do in the area, what to do upon check-out, important phone numbers etc. Other than those few things it was a wonderful weekend and we'd do it again.

We went with a family of 8 and had an amazing time. It was 4 children and 4 adults everything was just like the images showed but even better in person. The hot tub was amazing outside in the winter time. This was our first time in that cabin but second time using Cabin USA. The only problem was the pool was shut down due to restructuring and we wasn’t aware of that until the day we arrived. We didn’t get a chance to get in before we left and would of perfered to know ahead of time before we booked. Besides that we will continue to use Cabin USA.

The stay was great! The cabin was well stocked and we felt as if we were at home. We were surprised to see the beautiful Christmas tree. And I must say the game room and the karaoke machine were a hit! My grandson didn’t want to leave the cabin. It looks like Knockin On Heaven’s Door will be our place to stay when we return. What a beautiful Cabin! It felt inviting and cozy from the very start. We could tell the Owners take great pride in their property. Everyone had a great time enjoying all of the entertainment options available to us. Thanks Cabins USA for responding so quickly to our minor service call as well! I would love to stay here again!

We had three families. Had plenty of room. Cabin was easy to locate, especially if you want to go to Dollywood. Very clean and maintained. The older video games kept the high tech grand kids very entertained. Very easy check in and out. Everyone wanted to rent this cabin next year. I would rate the cabin and our stay as A+.

Was not familiar with Dish TV, so could not get all TV's working. Need an instruction sheet on how to handle TV set up.
Could not answer "staff" review since had no contact with staff.
Tried to call Cabins USA to ask about TV instructions; however, placed on hold for over 6 minutes and needed to hang up.
All in all nice property!

This cabin was great! We enjoyed the time we were there, although it wasn't much during the day. Super close to the parks, didn't have to drive far, maybe 1 mile to entrance!. The lower level was perfect for the 5 grand children, ages 10 thru 19,as they had the game room/den all to themselves! My husband and I had the main level for us, perfect! The view was pretty good but obstructed in the middle area from leaves on some of the tree's, but we sat on the veranda each morning having our coffee and watching the sun rise. Perfect start to the day. The kiddo's want to go back next year, and so do we if that tells you anything:) Thanks for making this annual trip with my grand kids a successful and enjoyable time together! Nice view, great location with easy access to Pigeon Forge. The cabin was clean and had plenty of towels and extra linens for the pull out beds. The kitchen had enough dishes and cookware. Parking was never an issue, plenty of room for the three vehicles we had. The only downside was our trash. We were there for 6 nights and our trash was never picked up. We were expecting it to be emptied at least once but I also didn't call to ask.

We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. Love it and will come back again. Was much smaller than expected but plenty of room.

Love this cabin lots of extras to keep children entertained

The cabin was very nice. The kids and men loved the pool table and arcade games. The couches were very comfortable. They provided plenty of linens and the place was clean. The pool was nice and glad it was enclosed so it can be used in all weather.

The only thing the owners should think about changing is the comfort of the beds. They were very clean, but 2 out of 4 beds were hard as rocks and not real comfortable to sleep on. There were also a lot of broken blinds that should be replaced.

Overall, it was a very nice cabin and we were glad we stayed there.

I was disappointed in that our sheets looked like they had been slept on and there were bugs in the beds. We had stink bugs, lady bugs and spiders when we pulled back the sheets. I expected the sheets to be crisp and not wrinkled. The pull out couch beds need to be replaced. Even the children were unable to sleep on these and we had to purchase additional bedding for the children. The springs were sticking out and could do bodily harm. There was trash that had been thrown over the balcony by the previous renters that destroyed the beautiful view of the mountains. The cabin was beautiful and just needs a little extra care. Overall we had a good experience.

The cabin was great for our whole family. We loved the big table. It was great for playing games which is one of our favorite pastimes. One of our only complaints was that the floors were not cleaned very well and there were no cleaning supplies available. The first night we all took our shoes off when we arrived and in just a few hours of being there our feet were very dirty. But it was a holiday weekend so we figured they were in a hurry trying to get the cabin clean for us. Also the jukebox and one of the arcade games didn't work which wasn't a big deal for us at all. We also love the porches. It was a great place to stay!! Very easy to get to and loved that we had pool access too!! The cabin was well maintained for the most part but had a couple small repairs that would have enhanced it like the control panel on the stove/oven was messed up/broken making it difficult to use but we got it to work as long as we didn't try to set a timer. The staff at Cabins USA was very efficient and friendly every time we called or went in. We would definitely use them again!!

We so enjoyed our stay here. Knocking on Heavens Door was a beautiful, spacious and clean cabin with a wonderful view. It had everything we needed and more. I would definitely stay here again. My only negative was they had a couple blinds that needed replacing. Thank you Cabins USA.

This cabin was probably the best laid out cabin for space we have ever rented and it was nice! Even though some of the amenities were damaged or not in working order my wife and I have already said we would rent it again. If you do rent it bring yourself extra towels for the pool house and showers as you only get one each and also bring oven mits if you plan on cooking as there were no pot holders in the kitchen. Was a great cabin for my family. The karaoke or the arcade game wasn't working. The sofa bed in the living room was just a hard box spring mattress. The cabin needs some minor repairs like the pool table and blinds. But other than that our stay was amazing and the family did enjoy the cabin.

This property out of the five cabins I booked had to be the worst, It rained the first night we got there, well in the cabin they had water running down the wall and into the floor, they had to get towels to soak up all the water that was coming in, well again maintenance was called and they were told that this usually happens!!!!! Well if this happens why rent out this cabin???? Also this cabin had a karaoke machine that didn't work!!! And had a odor inside the cabin. TV's didn't work half the time. We pretty much keep the maintenances staff all weekend. Very disappointed:(

We had a great stay . We had a total of ten people. Two seniors four adults and four kids . We had plenty of room . The cabin has everything we needed in the kitchen all the dishes pots and pans silverware cups and glasses we needed.The games were fun and there is plenty of seating the little kids five and six year old were fine on the pull out couch. I wouldnt recommend for adults but kids are fine. The view is very grown up with trees but you can see the mountains. There is one bedroom and a bathroom on the main level and the other three bedrooms and two bathrooms are downstairs. The tile in the bathroom floors needs to be replaced it is broken and coming up. There was great hot water in the bathrooms we took about 8 showers one after the other and never ran out. Great stay overall very please my family will definitely use Cabin USA again when we travel to the mountains.

The cabin was beautiful, clean and the location was close to all the activities we had planned. It had all the comforts of a home away from home. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

We had a cabin wedding the weather and area was beautiful!! Location is great but you may want to do some research on back roads in case Dollywood is having a big venue cause you can get stuck in traffic for hours. Will be staying there again!

We have a wonderful trip. It was like a home away from home! We had everything we need for the days we were there. We were very comfortable. When we had back to Pigeon Forge we hope we can stay in this same cabin.

This is one of the best cabin rental places in Pigeon Forge. They are very easy to deal with and this cabin met all of our expectations and more. We will definitely rent this cabin again! I highly recommend this cabin and rental company .

The cabin was very spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view! My only complaint is that the amenities were not as promised in the website. The website says "Your cabin in Pigeon Forge helps you SAVE those vacation dollars with its spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, charcoal and gas grills, allowing you to prepare snacks to family size meals whenever you're ready." but we did NOT have a gas grill so we had to leave to go buy charcoal after a 6 hour drive. Then the charcoal grill had no lid so we had to improvise with pan lids. This was an inconvenience we were not happy about. When my mother-in-law went to the office to tell them they said the website didn't say a gas grill but I just pasted that quote from the cabin page today. There is also no pinball machine. I gave a lower review for cleanliness as the floors and area rugs were quite dirty but the rest of the cabin was fine. Bedding is nice and comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Overall we had a great stay.

We had a great time. The sofa beds could of been A little bit more comfortable, but other than that we had a fantastic time.

We had a great vacation here. The cabin was very large and comfortable. One reason we had picked this cabin was that it had a pool table, video game, pinball machine, jukebox and karaoke machine for the kids to enjoy. The pinball machine and the karaoke machine did not work and only the radio on the jukebox worked. The door on the microwave barely opened because it had been partially torn off. We would recommend Cabins USA but would suggest to double check before that the games etc are working.

We really enjoyed the stay. We did have an issue where we were locked out of our cabin for about an hour due to the battery being down on the door. It was storming and late at night, however, a worker came and let us in after awhile. Wouldn't have been so bad but we had 3 little ones that wanted to go to bed. Cabin was nice, could have been cleaner but we were ok. It wasn't nasty, just the floors could have been swept better. Kids feet were black after walking around on floor barefooted. Also, the pin ball machine and the juke box didn't work. Someone before us had damaged them, I suspect. We could listen to the radio, however, the cd player, etc. was all broken. Don't have any idea about the pin ball machine, there were not balls in the machine or either we weren't smart enough to make it work. We finally gave up on it. The trash bins need to be replaced with wire ones, this cabin had a Rubbermaid trash bin and raccoons kept getting in and spreading trash. It was even wired, but they could still get in. We picked it up every morning with the exception of the last morning. However, the last night of our stay, we had a black bear decide to visit us and destroy the Rubbermaid trash can. She strolled our trash all down the street. I have pictures if you want. I called in and they said not to worry about the trash, they would take care of it, which I was so glad they said, so we picked up some of it and left the rest. I will have to say, the bear coming was a big thrill to all of the family. She was a pretty black bear that came up from the woods behind the cabin. My son watched her come out of the woods and we all watched her go to the trash can to do her damage. Several of the neighbors go the thrill, because they saw her also. When she was finished, she kindly walked back behind the cabin, stopped at the big tree behind and summoned her (2) two cubs down from the tree and they all walked back into the woods. Our (9) year old granddaughter said it was the best vacation she ever had and she would never forget it. That made my husband so happy, because this was a family trip with both sons and families due to the fact my husband has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. Pinball & 2 TV was not working called them let them know was not working and they knew . But should had let me know would have booked another cabin. Main reason we booked this cabin.

The cabin exceeded our expectations; had sufficient room for the eight of us; and had a very restful vacation. The location of the cabin was close to the attractions and the reservation staff maintained communications with us. I would highly recommend Cabins USA and Hidden Springs Resort.

We had lots of fun at this cabin we always stay with cabins USA when we come. They always beat everybody else's rate. They are so cheap but good quality. I would recommend this cabin and the company to anyone wanting a good time for very low price.

Great stay overall. Wish the cabin would of had a gas grill instead of 2 charcoal. This cabin was well equipped with plenty of pans in the kitchen compared to other ones we've stayed in. As always great rates will be back and rent from you again!! See you next year!!

We had a great time during our visit ! The cabin was wonderful except big screen tv we couldn't get to work but everything else was great ! Even seen a bear at the cabin ! OUR VACATION AND CABIN WAS GREAT !!

We loved our cabin.This was the second time we stayed with you guys. The only issue we had was raccoons. Our trash cans did not have a lock on them so we had to pick up trash every morning. Not to say we didn't have a good time we where in the mountains where they live HaHa. One other thing we had a problem with the TV's we where told when the man came out it was a Dish Network problem so I hope they got that fixed before the next guest arrived. Over all it was great and we will see you next year

Our vacation was breath taking. It was the best vacation I've ever been on and Our plans are to return again soon.

Everything about the cabin was great no complaints. The sleeper sofa needs to be replace so do not count that as sleeping space. Overall the cabin and location is great.

We met up with our grown children for a few days in the fresh mountain air. It was one of the best vacations we have ever had in the Smoothies! There was something to do for everyone! Will do this again!

We loved this cabin! Be sure to bring extra Toilet Paper and Paper Towels (1 roll)! I think we had one roll (maybe 2) per bathroom and that's just not enough when you have 8 adults and 2 kids staying for 5 nights. Cleaning supplies, hand soaps, and dishwasher tablets are very limited, but I always know to bring my own so it wasn't a problem for us. Other than that we love Cabins USA and this cabin - great view and lots of stuff to do in the area if your interested in leaving the cabin. The View is amazing! Very comfortable for a few small families to get together for a week or weekend! We will definitely be back, this was our 3rd trip with Cabins USA and they have always exceeded my expectations.

If you are planning on using the hide-a-bed couches, don't ! Our 7 and 2 1/2 year old granddaughters complained, about how bad they were. Not sure about the living room hide-a-bed, but we would recommend that the couches in both the den and living room be replaced. We loved that the table set our whole family, and they even had a wooden highchair. The view was spectacular, especially when it snowed! We had a slight problem with the Wi-Fi, but they had it fixed quickly. It was a great Thanksgiving week for our whole family. Cabins USA staff was fabulous!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin, it was nice. But a couple of things, the floors were somewhat dirty and the cabin floors are hollow. Had to buy ear plugs while there to combat the early risers. We could hear them loudly walking around upstairs. Dishwasher couldn't be used our entire stay do to leaking in bedroom and we called on it, and no one ever came out. We did like the small down payment as we had several family members paying separately. The view was also beautiful. We also enjoyed the hot tub, video games, and fact that the entire family could stay together. When looking up cabins for the following week we found that the prices dropped by almost fifty percent if we would have been informed we would have booked later in the season. We will stay with you again, but Gatlinburg is a better location. So we learned a few things. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in, and it was a very pretty cabin over all. We were very pleased with our stay in this cabin. The pinball machine broke and within 30 minutes of my call they were there to fix it. The staff was very nice and we loved the location. The cabin was clean and seemed to be well kept. The only thing I was not completely satisfied with was a couple of the mattresses on the downstairs beds were a little hard. Other than that it was great!

The cabin was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation.

the downstair bedrooms beds were too hard. need to get TV ,pinball machine and jukebox downstairs fixed unable to use all three.

We loved the cabin, it was so spacious. The bed in the downstairs bedroom beside the bathroom was not so comfortable, very hard. The other thing was the microwave was broke and the juke box didn't work, actually it looked like it never works. Big disappointment.

Aside from that, we had a great time, great place to stay and we would love to come back. We had a great and a relaxing time. Thank you

The only Tv that worked was the one in the living room. The other televisions did not work at all. I loved the cabin. Will stay again.

The pinball machine and jukebox did not work one reason we booked the cabin. I would also like to suggest turning down the sound on the arcade game and turn the temperature up on the indoor pool to cold to swim. With all that been said my family would definitely stay again we had a blast!!!!!

all in all was good had little problem with e-net wish we had known about it along with the jokebox but still had fun

the only issue I had was that I asked for a military discount as My son was with me at check in and was told that you could only get one with a phone reservation.......as this was a family reunion to spend time with our son before deployment for 6 months. We had a great time at the cabin! and will be back again

This was a very nice cabin. It had everything that you could want and the bed was so comfortable. It was beautifully decorated and I liked the location. The cabin is very close to 2 other cabins and we had some college students move in next to us the 2nd night. You could hear them talking very loud from their hot tub. They were just talking. If you are looking for seclusion and privacy, this would not be the cabin for you. We did not have any trouble whatsoever from anyone and it was lovely.

I would like to stay again but in a cabin not so close to the others.

Knocking on heaven's door was wonderful, I had the best birthday ever there. The staff was so wonderful whatever we need was right there if we didnt have they made sure we did. I would truly be visiting there again, and I will recommend it to All my friends. Thank you Cabins Usa for helping me clebrate my 30th birthday

We absolutely loved our stay in ths cabin! It was wonderful! The only downside was we didnt get to stay long enough!
