We loved our stay and it was very spacious for our group of 8! It was close to a lot of things which allowed us to come and go frequently. The game room was definitely a hit as well! We had an issue of a door code being different than what we received, but that was an easy fix with a phone call! Also, the cable didn't work but there were other things to do, so we didn't miss it too much. I definitely would stay here again

We had a wonderful time in Splash Pad! It also was a special time as we surprised my wife for her 80th birthday! We rented 3 cabins next to each other and had 27 family members in the 3 cabins including a niece and her husband who came from Oregon. Only my wife and I and 2 other couples stayed in Splash Pad.
To the owners I want to say the furniture in the living area is superb. The chairs were so comfortable that I really wanted to sit down and read a book BUT there always too much going on. I suggest that each bedroom have a chair to sit in and we all had trouble cooling it down to sleep comfortably. We could not adjust the thermostat to remain at a satisfactory level. We did sleep, however!

Let me start with we've enjoyed staying with you for many years now. You always worked hard to make right what's wrong, Thank You. The cabin is a great experience. We really enjoyed staying this year. Each floor has great amenities. That been said, three (3) different jacuzzies did not work. The hot tub did not work for many of the features listed. One side of the cabin smelled of fish, then that same side smelled of propane or gas. Lights were not bright enough throughout the main areas, and Maintenace had to come out and replace light bulbs. TV remotes did not work, bad batteries. Dishwasher didn't clean to well. The internet was spotty all weekend, disconnect and reboot at odd times for hours length of time.

I have so many great things to say that I don't know where to start. Express check in was super helpful and we had no issues with the directions provided. The cabin itself was clean and ready to receive us as guests. Everything that my wife and I needed was provided. The hot tub was already running so we didn't have to wait for it to warm up before we could use it. The location to the strip is great. If i had to complain about anything the only thing that I could think of is the pool table isn't level but that still didn't stop us from enjoying shooting pool. Overall our stay was perfect. I definitely will be back for another stay. I highly recommend!

The only thing was the hot tub had very little water in it. Not even enough to cover the jets and no water hose to add water so I had to go buy a hose so we could use it

The cabin was wonderful. Hot tub awesome. Fireplace not working but staff came and fixed promptly. Would highly recommend and plan to return.

Our stay was great. Only problems we had were some of the blinds were broke, one of the closet doors were broke, and the hot tub was not cleaned prior to our stay. Called the office to let them know about all of these and they noted the damages and sent someone out to clean the hot tub that day. Location is about 30 minutes from Pigeon Forge but if you enjoy being secluded you will love it. The lake was completely dry though. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The game room is detached from the cabin and there is no way of getting to it without leaving the cabin. It also has a different code to enter fyi. Was a beautiful and comfy cabin all together. Will be back for a third stay soon.

The cabin was absolutely amazing. The cabin was very clean. It had everything we needed. The views were gorgeous. The beds were the most comfiest beds I've ever slept in. I literally felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone and everyone.

Place was really nice and exactly as described. My family and I had a lot of fun at the location. Having to drive to the home office to check in instead of just showing up at the property at check in time, and having what I feel is a pretty late check in (4 p.m.) are the only things I think could be improved upon. Even considering that, I am very likely to use your site again, and may even stay at the same property. Thank you all for your help.

If you're trying to get away from the world, the cabin, the view, the secludedness was all a beautiful part of this cabin. It was spotless and the hot tub was ready as soon as we arrived.

The cleanliness of the cabin was our only complaint.

The location and the view were priceless. We felt at home because every single thing in the cabin was clean.

Everything went smoothly and I had a great time

•The Drive-this drive is NOTHING! I wouldn't recommend anything super small or light to drive up in a snow storm or ice storm, but it did snow on us both days and we were fine in a small 2 wheel drive! You just have to take it slow because it is curvy and steep in places. It gets pretty foggy up there, and views can be limited so def drive slowly. The road is paved the entire way up. It has guardrails where it should, and all was well: don't fret the drive!

•The amenities-would suggest putti by a canopy and wall/ fence type deal of some sort over the hot tub, or moving it to the screen in porch during the rainy and winter months. We used it, but the wind is frigid when you're that high in the mountain! I also think the jets need to be cleaned or something? Only half of them worked and the second setting wouldn't even turn on. That should def be looked into if possible. The jacuzzi upstairs is sort of dated, but it's clean and useable! Just stained a bit from the water on the mountain.

•Cleanliness-we could crusty dead bugs everywhere. I know there will be bugs here and there in a cabin, but I was sweeping and up and picking them up here and there the whole first night. And they were clearly there for a good little while because they were crusty. There were old paper clips left on the floor. The outside trash retainer was also full of old garbage.. cabin was stocked well, but should've been cleaned better.

*The View!!! BEAUTIFUL! You could see the Farris wheel, on the parkway, and you could also see Sevierville at the same time!! You're almost 3,000ft in the air!! You're literally in the clouds. It's cool. I will rent this cabin again simply for the views. Incredible. There were a few trees in the way of the balcony view, but you could see that someone was currently working to cut those down.

Very cool decor, no Wi-Fi but I got signed pretty well with at&t. Used my hotspot for the Roku tv upstairs and they have direct tv downstairs! It took a while to get the tv downstairs working so I would recommend leaving a little instruction sheet by the tv stand for that. The remote's battery's were dead too. They had plenty of games and coloring books and books to enjoy.

Would recommend this cabin to anyone!

Great stay as always. We have stayed in the same cabin many times. Great location! Always clean. It had some repairs made this time and some new bedding. Looked really nice. Thank you and loom forward to the next stay!

We were happy with our stay at the romantic journey. If you are looking for a something quiet, comfy, and cozy, this is your place. The hot tub both outside and inside were very relaxing and kept a good temperature. The hot tub jets on the deck could have more power but still suited us. The road leading to the cabin is very steep but wasn't an issue for us. The pool table is in an awkward spot which the short pool stick came in handy. As far as the Wifi, it worked well for us. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone interested.

Nice place, few issues but not a game changer, side door lock did not work, when you leave the house you must exit through the front door and walk uphill to the side of the house where must park your vehicle. Overall stay was good.

Overall this property was amazing. For the number of bedrooms and the amount of people the house can sleep, there was definitely not enough comfortable places the sit. The living room only had 1 loveseat and 2 chairs. It was hard to be comfortable and sit around with our large family. We ended up having to use the chairs from the dining room table and they were not comfortable. There needs to be chairs for the decks so you can actually enjoy them. A few of the arcade games didn't work. There was an ant problem while we where there. The dining room table was a great feature because it was big enough for the adults to play cards and have enough places to sit. The property was secluded enough and had a nice yard for the kids to play in. We would stay her again for sure.

LeConte Views is an amazing property. Prefect location, amenities, interior space and the beds are very comfortable. There are 2 areas of improvement I would recommend.

Staff should inspect home prior to customer check in. Home was a little dirty, the hot tub was not working (was finally operational on 3rd day), the propane tank was already empty and is definitely not an adequate size for the home because the grill and fireplace both run on it.

Was very nice all around only problem we had was the pool sticks was broken

This is a 3 story. Entry door is the kitchen area, living room and pool. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, and the game room. 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms.

Pros
Cabin and location was great.
Close to everything.
All bedrooms have their own bathroom

Cons
Parking is on a steep up hill driveway.
Pots and pans are cheap. I learned from last year and just brought my own from home.
Some of the bathroom and bedroom doors don't shut all the way.
Double vanity sink- you'll get a single shower (which isn't big- I'm 5"4", 170 and was like this is tight).
Single vanity sink- you get a 2 person shower.

This was a last minute booking for us and we made the reservation by calling. This process was simple and I was instructed to pick up a late check-in packet and go the the office the next day to sign paperwork. I picked up my packet around 11:45pm and they had failed to write my door code for entry on the paperwork.
The tub was backed up and the hot tub was not heating. I called for maintenance to get it to drain as well as to fix our door knob to outside as it was not working. Maintenance was responsive, but unable to fix the door, and instead left us with a physical key, which would still not lock the door. It remained broken throughout our stay and we had to leave it unlocked and hope for the best while we were gone.
The hot tub also went back into eco mode so after heating it went back to cold. I did not want to call maintenance every single day, so we were not able to use the hot tub, our highlight of booking this cabin. I will also note that the large windows in the living room were VERY dirty. I understand these are likely not cleaned often, but these were excessively dirty.
I told the office of all my challenges during checkout and they said they noted it, but really seemed to care less. I will likely call a different cabin company in the future. I have rented quite a few and this experience was the first I have ever had like this.

It was in the perfect area for what i needed.

This was our second time staying here! We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and such nice appliances. We have never stayed at a nicer place and so well equipped! An ample supply of towels and wash cloths!

The only problem we had was the jacuzzi in one bath messed up and we couldn't use it the rest of our stay. Maintenance said they would fix it after we left.

We plan to stay there again next year!!

This cabin is absolutely amazing and in a great location nice and quiet and beautiful.

Our family (4 families 13 in all) had an amazing time at this beautiful cabin. It was spacious and with all the amenities that were offered it kept everyone busy, especially being we visited in the off season and not as many things were open. 2 refrigerators was very nice. The beds are memory foam (No crib or pack n play). Each bathroom had 4 towels. The kitchen had 1 towel, 1 dishcloth, 2 silicone trivet/potholders. Although it has cooking untensils they are dollar store quality. It has pots and pans no big frying pan and the biggest one they did have sticks. Loved the rocking chairs on the deck and the view of the mountains. Maintenance was called because the pool wasn't heating and we could smell sewage outside. The pool issue was fix that day. The sewage smell was due to heavy rains prior to our arrival. They said it would be pumped after the weekend but it was not. Heads up there are a lot of stairs I'm sure you could figure that out being 3 levels but you may want to get on the stair climber before your trip lol. Also, the end of the road leading up is quite steep you may expect that also being your going up mountains but it actually flipped our cupacke containers lol. Like i said, this is a beautiful spacious cabin hope this helps you as you plan your vacation. Things i would pack scub daddy, corkscrew and games as these arent available.
Here's our list if pros and cons if you would like to continue reading. Pros: space, the size of pool (it is apptox 2.5' - 3' deep), amount of available games in game room, enough dishes for everyone, full size washer and dryer, location of cabin (it was at the end of the road), gas firepit on each deck, enough seating for larger groups, double appliances, plenty of parking.
Cons: lack of noise cancelling doors/insulation you can hear everything whenever someone goes up or down stairs or plays games, especially games as they dont have volume contols and there's no door on the game room. No sound bar or surround sound in the theater all volume comes from projector. There are no paring knives lots of steak though. Nothing in the bar no highball or rock glasses but plenty of wine. Biggest bowl is 2qt no large mixing bowls. Water pressure in showers

This is a nice standard cabin. It doesn't have a great view, but it does have decent city view. It is very convenient to the main strip and attractions. The place was clean, and adequate for a couple or maybe a family with two small kids. One negative is there was no wifi. There are smart TVs that have dish network but no access to internet.

Plenty of space for a large family. So clean and stocked. Game room and theater room was amazing. These are the cons my family and I have:
There are no curtains or blinds on the 4 big glass doors. The garbage can was too small. The property was in a great location - however the neighbors around it (not cabins - actual houses) were loud. Dogs running in the yard, chickens running around and crowing at all hours. Kids playing in the cabins yard. The hot tub would have been nice but there is no privacy fence or awning. We tried to get in the hot tub once and the neighbors came outside and stood in the yard watching. It's basically in the same yard as the other houses. That needs to be fixed asap. It's very awkward to not have privacy for the hot tub.
Would we stay again? If we didn't care about the outside of the cabin or getting in the hot tub. Yes!

Pros: Beautiful views of the mountains. Cabin was beautiful inside and had tons of seating inside and out. Hot tub was very clean and comfortable.

Cons: #1 The beds on the top two levels were so uncomfortable that none of us could sleep. You could feel every spring. NONE and I do mean none of the 3 toilets functioned properly. We had to lift the lids off of the tanks to flush them and the downstairs toilet wouldn't flush at all. There's only parking for two cars max. Otherwise, you're in the street. There's construction on the cabin in front of you so that's noisy. And the kitchen is lacking some basic cooking utensils, such as a colander and a large enough baking sheet.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay though but just some things to keep in mind when booking.

My family and I have stayed in this cabin two consecutive years and enjoyed it both times. I will highly recommend Cabins USA to any one looking to stay in the smokies. Very professional office personnel. Thank you for another wonderful birthday trip.

We arrived @ Cabins USA around 11 am and made our final payment. We left and went grocery shopping. We arrived @ the cabin with over $800 in groceries and asked if we could go in. We were denied access and told that the manager wasn't available to authorize us access. The cabin itself is nice but the cleaning crew did not dust the entire cabin. It appears that it hasn't been dusted in quite some time. Spiderwebs in the corners throughout and thick dust on all of the ceiling fans and fixtures. The layout was not fit for a big group. The living room is too small for a 8 bedroom cabin. Maintenance however was very prompt in handling our complaints. This is my third time renting with this company and I would rent with them again but I'll never stay at Marco Polo because of the living room layout..

This was our second time staying at this cabin, once again it didn't disappoint. Always clean, nice location, and as always very affordable.

The location of the cabin was perfect! Only a couple of miles off of the main parkway. The cabin is situated on a hill, so the drive to the cabin is pretty steep. The parking was able to accommodate a 15 passenger van and a Sequoia, but there would not have been much room for other vehicles. The cabin itself was beautiful, and the rooms were nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept soundly. The only issue was the pool is not heated so it was very cold. We ended up not being able to use the pool at all during our stay because it was cold. The kitchen has two fridges so there was plenty of room to store groceries. The kitchen also has a keruig, two toasters, two or three blenders. The kitchen lacked pots and skillets to cook on the stovetop with. Also, the dryer would not work at first, but we discovered this was because the lint trap had not been cleaned and there was a hug pile of lint built up in the dryer.

Overall, our stay was great! Just wished the pool was heated and the kitchen was more stocked with cooking utensils.

We were looking forward to the games that were offered in the cabin. The one game would not work at all and the air hockey game would cut on and off. The cabin states that it sleeps 6 which it would but we had 4 people and there were not enough chairs for all of us to sit at the kitchen table nor on the porch. We went to cook breakfast and only a very few pans and only a place setting for 3. This would be a great cabin for two people.

This cabin was comfortable and beautiful with plenty of space. It is in a convenient location and nicely-appointed. If we were to make any suggestions, it would be to add hair dryers and a hand towel bar in the downstairs bath, and to offer facial tissues and a hot pad for oven use. Thanks!

There was a little misunderstanding regarding the express check in - I was a little frustrated over that, but sometimes that happens. I do apologize for getting frustrated when I called.

As far as everything else, it was great. The service, check in and check out was great, very friendly and courteous staff. The cabin was absolutely gorgeous and we couldn't have asked for anything more beautiful and nice. It was one of the cleanest cabins we have ever rented. We enjoyed everything - the kitchen, the game room etc. And the hot tub was great, it was extremely nice and clean.

Our little getaway for the family was awesome and we want to thank you all so much for making it a great time. We will recommend you all especially this cabin.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. I was a little upset while booking the stay, I felt the prices were a little misleading.. I was expecting to pay a little over $400 for the stay however, it ended up being over $600 because the deposit wasn't included in the highlighted price.
My fault for not being more observant but I feel like this misled me a little.

The cabin itself was very nice and clean with the exception of the dishwasher, I would not eat off any dishes that have been washed in that dishwasher, ever. The whole inside of the dishwasher was black/brown. There was also a glass, of what looked like it may have been water at one time, in the lazy susan where the pots and pans are stored. The glass was full of cigarette butts and mold. If I am paying to stay at a location, I would expect to get my moneys worth and be able to use the dishes provided. In this situation, we were not comfortable eating off of them seeing where they had been washed and stored with the molding glass in the cabinet.

We were also not able to use the hot tub during our stay, it rained the entire time (no ones fault) but I expected the back deck to be covered but it was not.

This cabin was amazing!! The driveway wasn't as bad as some of the other comments said it would be.

The cabin was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. Only a couple things we found as issues. If you are in the second floor watching tv and kids are down in the game room playing games you could hear way too much. Should be a door or something to muffle some of the noise. Also one of the stove handles fell off somehow when we were baking but maintenance came and were on it each time. Neither of these took away from what we thought about how great the cabin and stay were.

Great cabin, it's our 3rd time staying there, however the plumbing could use some attention, the washer wouldn't spin out the clothes until the 3rd time, the front door knob was about to fall off, & the water doesn't stay hot very long. All minor things but it is a great cabin. We love Angel Haven. Sad to see a for sale sign out front.

We really enjoyed this cabin. We vacationed with 6 kids ranging from 17-5 month old. The bottom level was great for the kids. Bunk room, tv and the gaming room they had their own level to themselves while the adults stayed upstairs. Super close to town making it easy to come and go. We ended up having to switch cabins during our stay due to no water. But the staff was incredible nice during the entire process. Would definitely rent this cabin again!

This cabin was great, my only complaint was the beds are high and the mattresses are hard. I did not sleep well. If this could be addressed, it would be the best.

Property was clean. Location was good and the view was great! The hot tub was very clean, but requires some maintenance, only a limited number of jets are functioning. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this location again.

My husband and I favorite cabin. Love the views and location. Property is always clean whenever we arrive. Will be returning back soon :)

The Cabin was very nice especially for what it was priced at. It was in a very convenient location and was a very short drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. My only complaint is that the driveway is extremely steep and was very hard to climb our first night when it was wet. Overall a great cabin for what we paid.

The trip up to the cabin was pretty smoother than what I imagined. I would recommend you have a 4 wheel drive . The Only issue we had was the shower head with water shooting towards the wall other than that it was perfect.It was clean, very nice view, quiet and very relaxing .I would definitely recommend Hilltopper for a vacation.

Overall, it was a good experience...
Had to overcome my fear of driving on those roads that lead up to the cabin...
But the cabin was very nice and worth the short trip up and down the mountain...
Quiet, with beautiful views as I enjoyed my coffee watching the sun rise...
Then later seeing it set with family drinking a beverage...
Awesome memories for the entire family close to everything we wanted to do....
Fishing with my sons & shopping for our ladies, and of course Cades Cove...
Had an issue with a sharp object on the porch that was taken care of quickly... Nice job guys!!!

The only 2 complaints I had was the bed wasn't comfortable at all. And the hot tub top wasn't in the best condition so it wouldn't cover it well enough to stay warm. Other than that I LOVED everything about our stay and would definitely stay again!!!

Great cabin! This would be our favorite cabin yet! Loved everything about this cabin. We have stayed with Cabins USA the last 4 trips to Pigeon Forge and will not book with another rental company!!

We arrived to an AMAZING cabin, the views were no lie at all. The cabin had everything we needed and mostly everything worked. There are a few TVs without a roku or cable so be aware if placing children in the room that need the extra entertainment. The floors are extremely thin and if you're in the room under the kitchen, be prepared to hear EVERY step above you. This is totally normal for cabins so we didn't let it bother us, but be aware of who you put in what room. The location is perfect to gatlinburg and pigeon forge. The kitchen had everything we needed and our stay was the best we've had in a while for a large group!

This was a great cabin for a winter visit to Pigeon Forge. It was very close to shopping and restaurants, The cabin was very clean. We would definitely stay here again for a winter get away.

The property was very nice for my small family the only complaints i have is the location of the hot tub its located on the lower front porch with no protection so at night its kind of scary not knowing what could come up on the porch in the dark at you also the water in the cabin didnt get hot till the day we left so the kids werent able to swim in the indoor poo; the water was extremely cold
maybe we will try to attend again when the weather is better

What a great place to stay for the long weekend. Cabin was clean and what a great view we had from the porch. The drive in was interesting but well worth it. I would book this cabin again.

The property was wonderful I loved it just the only thing the pool was like ice it was a little hard to enjoy that but everything else was great

Cabin was in a great location! It was clean but it had a very STRONG odor of Pine-Sol and we had to open the doors and air it out. When first arrived the doorhandle to the mail door fell off but i called and the maintenance people came over and fixed it. The USA Cabins folks are super nice and efficient.

Per the above, high ratings were given to most everything. However, there were some rather simple "housekeeping" items that need attention. The ping-pong paddles need to be replaced. Couch cushions on the main level deck were gone, and a small table on the same deck was broken. Stools at the kitchen bar needed the leg screws to be tightened up as the stools were wobbly and unstable. Some doors did not stay closed well because the door strikes and latches were misaligned. The battery cover on the TV remote on the main level was gone. Again, the cabin structure, size, cleanliness, location, amenities, cost, etc., etc., etc. was all fine.......just a few small things to give the property all 10's.

My group and I had an amazing stay! The complications with the original property we rented and having to switch was difficult and not preferable, however the cabins USA staff made it very easy and were helpful. The property was spectacular. We had so much space and everything we needed.

The cabin was nice. We loved the bedroom being in the basement. It was cool to sleep at night. The area was nice and the people were friendly. The drains didn't drain well but I'm sure that's just a small issue. We would definitely stay in this cabin again.

As usual, we loved our stay. There was a plumbing problem in our original cabin, so we were contacted on our way into town about relocating to Moose Tracks. We loved it there. Extremely nice location with mountain view. Very nice cabin with a lot of privacy. Our only complaint is that it is time to replace the bed in the master bedroom. Not sure if the box springs are broken or the mattress was worn out, but there is a huge drop off on the side of the bed closest to the wall. Took some getting used to. Otherwise, you will love it here. We've stayed with Cabins USA for years and will continue to do so. Book without hesitation.

My husband and I really enjoyed our one night stay at this beautiful cabin. Directions was very clear. Check in and check out was super easy. Once we arrived at the cabin, it was super clean and had amazing views. It felt like home away from home. There was just a few concerns we had. The running water in the cabin smelled like eggs, even after running the water for a few minutes. We had cooked supper and could not find any salt and pepper. We ran out of hot water very easy. Also there was no wifi. But other than that it was super great. I would rate this cabin a 7 out of 10.

I loved this cozy little cabin! It was decorated nicely and everything was updated. The kids loved the spiral staircase, the individual bunks, and the games in the game room. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was perfect. The driveway was a little tough to maneuver turning around once you got up there, but we got the hang of it after a couple tries. I will say, though, that I was disappointed by the location of this cabin. It states that it is IN Gatlinburg, but it is not. The physical address is in Sevierville. It took us between 15-20 minutes to get to Gatlinburg from the cabin. I always book our cabins with this company in Gatlinburg because we like that area best. Had I known it was in Sevierville and further out, I wouldn't have booked it. So beware, description is misleading. I voiced my disappointment to the guy at the counter when I checked in and he said he would have management call me, but no one ever did. I decided not to raise a big stink because I'm usually not a complainer, and because the cabin was pretty adorable once we arrived at it.

The property was extremely clean as always with cabins USA the reason I put 5 for comfort is because the master bedroom bed was terrible I mean it's time for a new mattress or maybe try adding a box spring it was the worst I have ever slept on. But outside of that everything was perfect.

This cabin was awesome. Definitely exceeded our expectations when we opened the front door. We liked the lower bedroom better because of the view and the hot tub was great. I would say the only problem we had was 1. Driving up that very rocky, pit hole filled road to the cabin. If we had come with a car, we wouldn't have made it up. However, once we learned that it's probably best to return before dark, we were ok. 2. Around 8pm both nights, a critter was enjoying itself either running across the roof or was inside the walls. You can hear it run through the floors, up the walls and across the ceiling. Very scary, to the point where I was scared to put my feet on the floor. You can hear the scratching and scurrying. Super scary and even more annoying. Overall, we had a great time, peaceful..but that critter, Nope!

A huge improvement from the last cabin we stayed at last year through Cabins USA (cleaner and the hot tub actually worked)! My only complaint would be the drive way only being accessible one way as the direct turn in from the road is impossible to get up (unless you have a jeep or off road type of vehicle.) and that would have been nice to know prior to check in.

A beautiful view and a peaceful stay at Over the Rainbow! I highly recommend this spot for a get-away in the mountains!

overall was a good cabin to spend the week could use a updaring somethings showing alot of wear the hot hadnt been cleaned before we checked called an told them an they had someone there next mourning an the towel supply was only good for 2 days so had to go tradem out all in all it was a good trip

Great cabin. Fun game room but quiet, comfortable areas as well. One suggestion, T.V. instructions would be greatly appreciated providing which services are free. Also, there were three identical remote controls in the den but none worked. We were never able to use that T.V.

My husband and I love this cabin. We have stayed here a few times. The negative is the steep walkway from the street to the deck. It also needs a washer and dryer.

We love Cabins USA! Our group has been using Cabins USA for over 10 years. This cabin was one of our favorites. The location and level parking was an extra bonus. Very close to all the stores, shows, restaurants and activities we were looking for. This cabin had sufficient kitchen utensils and items needed to cook any and all meals. Rooms were comfortable and the entire cabin was spacious.
There were a few minor housekeeping issues with clogged sinks and the fireplace, but the maintenance personnel was to come out and take care of the issues.

We will be back!! Hope to be able to book this for next year.

Absolutely loved the cabin. Only two complaints, Super high beds and the game room not having a doorway to block noise.

This is the second year in a row that we have booked this cabin, and it has a really good location (approximately 5 minutes from the Island in Pigeon Forge). Compared to last year, we did find some new issues that need to be addressed. First off, there are electric fireplaces in the two upstairs bedrooms. If you run those heaters at the same time in both bedrooms upstairs, it will trip the breaker. We called maintenance and they were easy to get ahold of and they were headed our way within 5 minutes (this was after midnight). We were able to find the breaker box (located outside), and we were able to cancel the maintenance request once we found the issue ourselves. But, I believe that this should not be an issue. Also, the stove in the kitchen had some intermittent issues and would occasionally shut off, and it also struggled to get up to temperature sometimes. I feel that this cabin does need some updating in the near future, and I hope that it will get these issues resolved so that we can book it again next year for our yearly church trip to Pigeon Forge.

The cabin has had some recent updates since the last time we booked this cabin (February of 2021). For the most part, we didn't have any issues in the cabin, but we were surprised to not find any hand soap in the bathrooms (bring your own). There were also some minor issues including one of the sinks leaked a lot of water, and the hot tub would not get up to temperature (it stayed about 90 degrees). I hope that CabinsUSA will fix these issues so that we can book it again next year. I do like the close proximity to the "main drag" in Pigeon Forge, only 5 minutes or so from the Island. It is also relatively close to the other cabin which we typically book at the same time.

I have already recommended the property to someone interested in visiting the area. Overall, it was perfect for me and my husband, but could use a few "tweaks". Please know I'm not trying to be a "Karen", but I think there are a few things that can be easily improved. First, the kitchen needed more silverware and such. I'm kind of a good cook and I don't mind cooking when most of our dining options are "tourist" foods. We ran out of utensils quickly and would have preferred having more available. Also, a keurig coffee maker would be nice, but certainly not necessary. Anyway, you might want to consider a kitchen item "redo". Second, the shower needs a little help. It was hard to get it "right" and it just looked "half a**". Third, it would really help to have wifi available. When doing research on where we wanted to go, it would have been nice to have wifi. Finally, you gotta get a new mattress!!! Geez Louise!!! I don't know if we aches more from our hikes or from the bed. I get you aren't going to find a "Beautyrest" in a rental, but that poor mattress was AWFUL!!! At least get some plywood and put it between the mattress and springs.

Again, please know we loved the rental and, with the exception of the mattress, the other issues I mentioned were very minor and would not stop us from having a repeat visit. The location, pool table, view, and the wonderful hot tub after hiking a difficult trail were beyond great. We will definitely rent from you again whenever we head back to The Smokies.

This cabin was very nice. The only con that I found about this cabin was that it was really cold for guest and kids during the winter time. The thermostat was nowhere to be found and we were freezing. Other than the thermostat issue, I give everything a 10/10.

Great cabin in a nice location! We had 28 people, 6 under the age of 12, and just enough room for all of them! Nice sized kitchen that is fully stocked but may need to bring hand soap and cleaning supplies.There's 5 king bedrooms on the main floor, only 2 have bathrooms though. There's a room off the kitchen that has bunk beds and a futon which the little kids loved. Downstairs, besides the huge game room, there's 2 more bedrooms . Also there are two twin fold up cots. We never found the sheets for them or pillows. The separate game room house is amazing! The only complaint was that the thermostat was confusing and the teens "froze" the night it dropped to the 30's. Overall, we were very satisfied and plan to book again next February!

We had a great time! We were missing a remote control to the downstairs tv and the puck to the air hockey game, so were unable to use these amenities. I did let the office know. Everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay!

The Crosswinds cabin was an excellent cabin for our group. The location was very close to where we needed to go. We at Franklin County Church of Christ will definitely be trying our best to get it again. The kids Loved the movie theatre , the game room and the hot tub. Thank you all so much for having everything so easy to get in and be able to get out so we didnt have to go back and forth to the office for keys or passcodes. The process is fast and easy. Highly recommend this property & Cabins USA. Thanks again.

Everything was wonderful, except for the heel, and that the coffee pot needs to be updated the coffee pot lid kept falling off every time I poured coffee, but other than that everything was great. I had a wonderful time definitely would book again.

They need to clean better. There is dust and spider webs. I don't think they ever sweep or clean under the beds or the window shades. Need to sweep the stairs too. There is a water bottle and lots of dust under the bed on the main floor. Other then the deck being too small we did enjoy our time there. I didn't like the parking. It worked this time because no one was in the other one. I will use Cabins USA again.

The cabin was great. The video game console didn't work and the air hockey game needs a little attention. But other than that we had a awesome stay.

We had a great stay really enjoyed the cabin , everything was really pretty good just a few minor things but I honestly figure it just got overlooked and was normal things so nothing to make a big deal about , the fan in the master bedroom , fan blade was missing a bold and was loose and the blade was hanging lower than the rest when we arrived was able to tighten the bolt and use the fan as normal and then the shower curtain in the bathroom off the kitchen kept falling down and the rod wasn't able to adjust it was like it was stuck but other than that it was wonderful really enjoyed the cabin and it's such a pretty location!

It was an absolute beautiful cabin and in the most perfect spot! The only thing I would recommend would be to have utensils and more pots and pans. But overall it was perfect! We will be back soon!

Our concerns were minor. The downstairs fireplace didn't work. The fan in upstairs bedroom is off balance & makes a lot of noise.

This cabin was perfect for my needs. I used the cabin for work. Three things could improve an experience at Wonderland. One, there needs to be a written sheet of paper placed in the cabin that explains the televisions. Secondly, there is a fair amount of trash all around the cabin, beer cans, etc., Lastly, and most importantly. The bathroom needs to have some major work. The commode "rocks' and often "backs up" with little reason. The shower is very, very small. I am not a big guy, and it was very tight. It often had a "smell" coming from the commode, which I believe is a major problem with "back up." All of these are easily correctable. Overall, I highly recommend this cabin for couples or work-related issues.

The idea that you offer a small cottage is a great way to advertise for Cabin USA. The deck with the hot tub adds a great deal of appeal. It's a nice way to work outside. The kitchen was perfect as was the bed room. Thank you for supplying such a wonderful need last week.

My wife and I had the most wonderful moments at the cabin it was very quite and pleasant. We call for help with the Ac unit only because we did not know how to operate the thermostat properly but staff came over in a less than 30 minutes and took great care of us . This rest was history in our memories. Thanks again for allowing us the experience of our life tike . Oh yeah and it was located in the main portion of all the attractions the Island .

Moose Tracks was awesome. The only complaint was that the bed was low on one side but other than, it was very clean and cozy!! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. But I can't lie that couch is HORRIBLE! No support whatsoever. You literally are sitting on the floor. I was so uncomfortable. Also the mattress on the bed needs to be replaced. It dips in the middle and needs to be more firm for support. But it was a perfect little spot and close to EVERYTHING which I loved. I'll definitely come back but hoping the couch is thrown away and replaced with a nice supportive comfortable couch. But did enjoy my 5 day stay.

We have used Cabin USA for 11 years they are wonderful. We get a cabin every year for our anniversary. This cabin was nice and clean and easy to get to. The hot tub was clean and the pool table was new. (so many of the other pool tables are in bad shape)
We were there in February/March and the cabin was very cold on the lower floor and very hot on the upper. The beds are very firm. So if you don't care for a hard mattress, bring a soft mattress pad. The pictures led us to believe the cabin was fairly secluded; it isn't. The stairs are steep leading up to the cabin; keep that in mind. The price is higher than most cabins we have stayed.

We actually had issues with the water at this cabin, but Amy at the collier Rd offices was beyond nice and helpful. When we got moved to a mountain paradise our youth group was beyond thankful for Mrs Amy. I will definitely be booking through Cabinsusa for our future youth trips!
